False. I went radio silent the day before because he didn’t have his portion of the down payment which I knew I was now screwed out of my portion. He trying to pull a second mortgage on the property, business loans, home equities and borrow it from people all which were denied. This was after 7 months of being under contract and 10 months of knowing we were buying it. So yes I got toxic and chewed him out about it. Anyone in there right mind would not be happy if they were about to lose the amount of money I just did.
If the Lawrence brothers, Lucas Myrtle, and his employees are cutting ties with him that pretty much explains the type of person he really is. Hopefully his new $$$ partner from Dubai realizes this before he gets roped into funding a facility for him.

It is a nice facility. I took my grandson down the last week they were open before loretta's. We enjoyed it and grandson got his little ass worked over. lol. He was not used to riding that much at once and it was some hot ass days. I should have my ass kicked for not taking him sooner and more often as we are only about 3 hours north'ish from Cairo.
Good luck, maybe you will get your chance to talk to them about purchasing the place. Whoever gets it I hope they keep it open as a facility and no just personal use with friends riding. It deserves to be shared with the masses.

Sorry, but AJ comes off as a total flake in his response. Between the radio silence comment, to the toxicity comment all seem to show a partner (AJ) that wasn't living up to his end of the bargain. The only pressure should have been on AJ as the Woods and BB had all lived up to their end of the bargain, AJ just needed to show up with his share of the down payment. And AJ's biggest lesson learned was DO NOT announce, what a joke.
AJ could probably find some friends around here; I think Terry Varner needs some.
