Has anybody been able to purchase anything recently? Website is down, says to order through email. I tried that a few times. I reached out on social media and someone got back and said they had product in stock and that someone would call. Tried that a few times as well. Anybody have a contact or anything? Thanks.

Haven't had a website in years. Have to order via email or through instant messenger. Strange for sure.

Anybody have a contact? I’ve sent about 6 emails over the past couple weeks. No response. Instagram got a response but just said someone would call. They seem to be active on social media, so I would guess they’re still making pipes?

If they don't want your money, spend it with someone else. Cool

I ordered through email a bit less than a year ago. Pipe and carbon silencer for my YZ250. Took about 2 months from order placed to pipe showing up at my house.

Evidently Bill's motto is if you don't want to order through email spend your money with someone else. Also, don't call me and ask me questions for 45 min. and not buy a pipe.

Kind of tough to order through e-mail when they do not respond for weeks.

Just shut down the business..Why turn such an iconic brand into a turd..ruin its decades long reputation.

The only folks wanting to buy from them are us old timers who remember how kick ass Bills pipes were on our 93 CR125s..

There used to be a dude named Brandon that worked there. He ran their rider support and managed shipping.

I was on the free product program with Bill’s after Stank dog got me tied in with them. All was gravy. Then one day I couldn’t get a call back. Or an email. And I took to IG to see if anything had been posted because I hadn’t seen much.

Turns out, I was blocked. I couldn’t figure out why in the world? I called Brandon direct, he picked up and hung up on me. I was so confused.

Years later I was talking to a friend that has worked with Brandon, and come to find out that he was so anti Trump that if you were following him (Trump) on Instagram you were blacklisted and eliminated from the company. I don’t care who the president it, I’m following him on IG, I always have. Because I’m interested in the POTUS, I’m out.

A great company can have one bad employee and do huge damage to the reputation of that brand, and that’s exactly what this guy did. Over time I heard a handful of more stories just like mine. Which is too bad, because I’ve always thought of Bill’s as a legacy brand in moto.

That's unfortunate. It sounds like Brandon needs to move on, and Bill needs to hire someone to put up a website with eCommerce, and inventory.  Wordpress + WooCommerce + DiscountRules is a pretty good combination.

Lol, maybe Bill told Brandon, “hey Brandon, let’s go” “stop giving Creature all these free pipes”

I've had nothing but great experiences with Bill's Pipes. They were very helpful in deciding on an exhaust for my YZ450. Later on they even modified my RE13 system with the same non-restricting spark arrestor mod they do on their pro GNCC and Sprint Enduro team exhausts. When I have messaged them on Instagram to ask questions they have been very prompt and helpful. Just because Bill's doesn't have a website does not mean they don't want your money. If anything it weeds out all the tire kickers and stupid "how loud is your pipe" questions from people. They probably figure the people that want to buy their product will actually take the time to call in and order. Bill's makes all their stuff by hand in-house with American steel unlike other exhaust companies. Best of all, Bill's knows how to make a great exhaust that actually makes noticeable gains and isn't just a show piece cough cough FMF. It doesn't bother me they don't have a website because I would rather they focus their time on building a great product than maintaining a flashy website. FYI, they are currently doing photo shoots for a relaunch of their website...

I got about 5HP from my FMF muffler. Hardly just a showpiece. Maybe you lacked the proper tuning.

I read on a FB KTM300 that someone bought a Bills pipe and it didn't mount correctly, not even close.  He's called over and over with no return or help.  Kind of sad if that's the way they are handling things.

That's crazy.  This guy follows X so he's dead to us.  What a weird dude Brandon is.

I heard something similar about the Trump bit from another guy up in Wisconsin. Honestly thought it was BS. Guys a good guy but a bullshitter. Now hearing it from crutcher lends it some credibility. I wish I could get my hands on that place amd turn it back into the power house it was/is.

What Pro GNCC teams are running Bill’s?

Maybe you got the 1HP I lost with an FMF muffler?

When the FMF cracks and falls off,  at least you'll get major weight savings.

I understand if it’s a smaller operation with labor problems trying to not deal with time wasters. But, I’ve emails multiple times that I’m ready, willing, and able to purchase, I was told by the insta person that the pipe and silencer was in stock, so I’ve tried to make it clear all they need to do is call me or give me a number to call, and it will take about 3 minutes to take down my info and cc number.

It's a shame that the business was left to slide downhill. Bummer. Not enough demand to bother anymore? Seems like a few hours to build a Wix or Squarespace splash page with contact info that is manned (email, phone) would be all you need to start with. It's not difficult but the desire has to be there.

Is Brandon by any chance related to Steve Matthes?

I love Bills Pipes. Ran them for a few years on my last YZ. That being said...

I could setup an online store and run it in my spare time. It's not hard. They've been "working" on the new website for 3+ years now. Though, based on recent IG posts maybe it's true this time.

That can happen when you don't tune it properly. Peak was about 1-2 with big gains in the middle but stock was quite restrictive. The weight saving was very noticeable because it's up high. Durability is outstanding as I wadded the sub-frame and Ti mid-pipe as well as cracking the CF end cap and it's still holding up strong.

I was sponsored by Bill's in the early 90's (free product) It was difficult to get product even back then. "When will my pipe ship out Bill?" always said "Tuesday". Pipe and silencers were definitely great quality, and performed well though.
