Barcia was showing some real fire before the injury. I don't expect him to hang with Jett but the rest of the gang probably won't be happy. That's IF he's fully ready to go. Hope so...that knuckle head can ride a bike.

It’d be cool to see, but I doubt anyone wants to race against Jett atm. Then again, some of these guys want to get out there and race with him.

Cannot realistically expect a guy to jump right in and run with top guys after being out injured, why can’t we just be happy he lines up and makes it more interesting? He was riding really good before his injury. I would not lose any sleep if he roughed up someone along the way👍

There's always guys that have done that crap. Barcia has been that guy...maybe still is. It hasn't really helped his stats or garnered real respect which is a shame cause he's got skill.

Honestly, he's been off the bike from running the race pace with these guys for so long, Id 'say top 5 would be an absolutely fantastic performance and within the top 10 overall a fair goal given this field. Anyone believing him being remotely close to Chase or Jett at this point is smokin something they shouldn't be.

I'm so sick of Barcia taking people out because it's the only way he can beat them. 'Rubbing is racing' doesn't include blatant take outs. Anyone who resorts to this sort of thing is a cheat. I'm also sick of various retired riders - Rick Johnson being the most recent - advising riders to basically interfere with other faster riders in order to beat them. Motocross is about speed and skill (both of which Jett possesses the most of), not cheap cheater tactics.
Is it harder for Jett to pass Barcia or drake(no diss to drake).
Jett would be the fastest guy no matter who shows up BUT the guys out could have made his life harder for sure.
When was the last time Jett had to pass some one like Drake other then when they are a lap down? Jetts been starting up front every race. early in the race he passed sexton and DF14 like they where lapped riders.
every one keeps saying riders our out, harder to pass etc.. but he hasnt really had to pass any one? His starts are that good! its like his worse start has been 2nd place and within a lap he's back in front riding alone.

AP gave zero curry to Jett at Washougal - he was holding him up. Jett passed him on lap 4 - on laps 2 and 3 AP was running 2.18s. Jett ran a 2.18 on lap 2 and a 2.19 on lap 3. Once he got round AP he immediately ran a 2.17.502, while AP dropped to a 2.20.968. AP's fastest lap of the race was 2.18.532 (on lap 3), Jett's was 2.16.593 on lap 7.

How can you say that? Maybe it was pumpkin curry that was more savory than spicy? I mean there is just so much variety when it comes to curry that I think it’s very closed minded to say there was no curry given at Washougal.
