KTM made one of the lightest frames last year out of steel - and steel isn't has rigid as aluminum.... sometimes you need a little flex. There is a reason they keep the steel frame.

I know its lighter but it cant be more then what, 10 pounds. Maybe Im way off. We will see.

That is unless KTM somehow is able to bend the rules again the way they reportedly did with the 250SXF.
If I ever convert to a thumper, the 350 is probably right where I would want to be.
KTM used their production rule exemption way back in '97 in SX with Lance Smail didn't they? Same as Yamaha with Henry, and Honda with Hughes in 01.
Anyway the bike looks awesome, I think it's advantages would be more indoor and outside being down on power isn't going to cut it at the National level. This bike could have tremendous potential for local guys and Amateur/Vet racing.
