With the carnage of the past 2 -3 SX rounds claiming a lot of top riders I think Jett winning the title this year is highly probable. Let the games begin…
He has given me no reason to question his capability to do so.
probably
Chase sexton just took his shirt off!

Haha only 3 downvotes, really? I can easily see Jett battling with Sexton for the title this year. As for DF14 I think it’s going to take a few rounds to even get up to race pace with these two.
Chase Sexton just crashed taking his shirt off, Jett is going to make outdoors boring like when Ricky did
It's very possible with as thin as the field is now but the 450 class is known for biting rookies, we'll see. If I had to put money on it I would bet on Sexton.
#238 STAMP IT!!!>>>
I LOLed. Not because I think you're incorrect - but just the mental image of a guy crashing while taking off his shirt cracks me up!
Jett can win it no doubt. Has to avoid injury and dumb crashes. I actually think he will do that better than Chase though. Jett will be the next dominant rider unless he gets hurt.
Do we know how healthy DF14 is?
If hes ready then Im going:
1: Ferrandis
2: Sexton
3: Jett (assuming Anderson is missing the start of outdoors)
I'd love Jett to beat Sexton.
Tough challenge, though...
Oh ya. I’m going Jett 1st, Roczen 2nd and Sexton 3rd at the first round of outdoors.
Roczen not racing outdoors
AP7 could make some waves.
Ahh yes forgot. AP7 second.
And mookie top 5.
Jett will win several motos and will be a threat to win the title- this was true even before Eli got hurt.
Pit Row
Sexton gave a peak Tomac everything he could handle last year. Let’s cool our Jett’s.
He does have a shot though.
Deegan to win 2026 Outdoor title................ Too soon???
I hope Jett does well. He's fun to watch, so smooth. It wouldn't surprise me if he wins, or just gets a couple overall wins. I just hope that everybody stays healthy for the entire season and the racing is good. Its been a rough couple weeks with injuries.
I think all the downvoters and nay sayers are waiting for Dungey to announce he’s racing outdoors this year. Wake up people.
From observation Jett is one of those guys, 2 things I heard him say on the presser after the win, 250F is not enough of a challenge for him, he also said he's a fair bit faster than he was at MXoN.
He will be there for the championship, highly doubt he's going to have a "learning" year.
Who the hell knows. Either way, I think we’re in for a summer of great racing, even with the field thinned a little bit.
Excuse my ignorance, is Jett racing 450s?
As for whoever wins, I think the last weekend has shown us, that it's not over until it really is over.... let alone, before its even started.
yep he knows the tracks well enough...barring injury top3 overall I wld suggest....given his evolution on his setup.
as a chase fan as well I hope he makes this one count ................as he's odds on to be a double champ this year.........
I think Jett will win and by such a margin it will be pathetic. And I'm not even a fan of the donut munchin' pretty boy. He is the Sean Cassidy of SX/MX, but he finds speed others cant, simple as that. And Sexton is not done throwing it away yet.
Sexton will win.
Jett has Anderson covered easily even if Jason is 100% healthy.
The guys never rode a 450 outdoors, and you guys have him beating arguably the fastest outdoor rider in the world.
Didn't he just beat both Sexton and Ferandis, at his only Mxon ride, less than a year ago?
