So $7,500.00 per night.  At $20.00 a whack that's 375 throttle twisters.  At $10.00 a whack the number of customers needed doubles to 750.  If he got $50.00 a whack he'd still need 150 customers. 

Time wise how long are the pits usually open ? 4 hours plus or minus ?  Lets say he was there all day and the public had access to him for 8 hours.  That's still $937.50 per hour.  That works out to $15.62 per minute, for 8 hours straight.  Ok lets do some figuring.....click click click .... whiiirr... keypad noises, carry the 7 divide by number of customers needed vs time available ... click click click......and add the totals.... and.....  My calculations say..... no fucking way Laughing.      

Freakin'  A for effort though it was a great idea you gotta admit LaughingLaughingWoohoo I'm not buying 15K in 2 nights but I bet he did ok.

I mean it would have to be someone that never rides or has some kid that wants to do it and dad likes throwing away money or wants to donate to the guy. I would personally just give him the $20 and save the wear on his engine.  Seemed cheezy to me but hey if it works more power to him for at least trying.

I saw 2 or 3 people pay the $20 to rev the bike in Atlanta. I thought it was a fun gimick to make some cash..

Personally, no. I thought Bobby looked like the wiener in the situation. I don’t think my opinion on it matters to be honest. With that being said most of the time when Feld screws up which appears to be often people will certainly pile on which I’m guilty in participating in also. My previous comment was more geared towards how pathetic it is the media protects and supports certain narratives. ML and myself had a discussion on a different thread several weeks ago. The synopsis of the responses were sweet nothings and beating around the bush which is fine. You can’t bite the hand that feeds you in most cases. However, I would just say “journalism” is one of those that you have to push the envelope. None of these “journalist” do that and they want to play both sides of the fence which is really unfortunate.

love how theyre protecting this john guy. sounds like hes the common denominator in alot of issues. that juice head is gonna come up on an assault or sexual harassment charge and cost Feld a real grip of money sooner or later. stamp it.

Just to add some context from Pulp show monday night......

Are all of you aware Piazza previously used a fake Covid test to get his girlfriend in the pits and was caught by the same Feld guy......and then used a prior years credential for his girlfriend and was caught by the same guy.......and now was beligerant as hell to the same Feld guy when asked to stop because of the location he was doing it.....Starling for example said he couldn't even talk in his pit because of it.  Maybe that makes a difference to you or not....but not the first time he has caused issues and this was inconsiderate to other privateers

No load and max rpm is worst case for connecting rod stress in tension. But I do agree an SX engine should be up to the task.

SX will continue without Piazza, apparently other teams were complaining and couldn't conduct their business. I am sure the next step is enjoy missing a season. AMA hands out the license, pretty simple for them to say "Not this season Bobby"

Yeah, it makes a difference to me. I was kinda on his side but the fact he was bothering other racers as well as being caught twice trying to bring a chick into the pits. Now im kinda like ok, get what you deserve. Life goes on. Enjoy your week off.

If Peltier actually did go over and asked him to shut it down and said lets discuss later...that was the proper way to handle it.

It's fairly obvious to folks with more advance knowledge of these bikes there is little risk of an engine blowing up here. Two strokes simply cannot be over-reved PERIOD. Four Strokes have a limiter that prevents it. History indicates the lack of dirt bikes grenading and anybody being injured by debris. If the vitards can name one I will listen.

Maybe it's like the guy said and folks just want to give one a twist. I imagine a generation of video gamer's that would line up. Nothing like the real thing with the vibes coming through the bars and the SPL wave hitting you. Heck, it may even grow the sport helping the transition from TV to track. It's clear the powers at Feld care more about donuts than the privateers.
