Ivan is a solid dude.  Great addition by Triumph.

I am thoroughly impressed by how well they have kept photos of the bike off the internet.

There was a video of Ivan on a "black Kawasaki" a few weeks ago but I can't seem to find it anymore.

They also picked up a few guys from one of the MXGP teams that folded up this year. Waiting to see how long until the bike gets released.

FYSA...It is a KX450 with black plastics.  It's to keep him sharp and in riding shape.  Nothing to see there.

A gentleman on another motorcycle forum that seems to be in the know, (former pro) posted that they’re be showing the bike this weekend or next.
I was actually pretty surprised that info wasn’t posted here as well, he doesn’t seem like the trolling type but I guess we shall see.

I know a lot of moto people are questioning the quality of this addition to the moto scene but I gotta tell you I’ve had 2 of their adventure bikes and they are every bit as good as the KTM/BMW adv’s I’ve had. I’ve owned Triumphs over the past 10+ year and they are awesome bikes. You gotta admit they are going after quality individuals to help with their program

Funny thing is that they hire Desalle to test things for MX2 team. Yet he never rode world MX2 afaik. Not hinderance, just funny coincidence. Smile

Wasn’t RC their testing/R&D guy? What will his role be now, just ambassador?

I thought he came "home" to Kawasaki recently. How is he an ambassador for two manufactures?

RC has been on Triumph's payroll for years.

Looks like he's bounced around, he left as Suzuki's ambassador in 2017, signed with Kawi in 2020.

Looks like he's been with Triumph since 2022.

Its funny that i live 5 minutes from the factory , and have heard and seen nothing about it, but folk say its all going on, got to say their security has been 100%.

I did hear a rumour RC was in town earlier, ( or close by) but nobody seemed to confirm it.

Hope it pans out for them, its a big risk in the current climate, but they aint done bad for a company run by a builder.

We used to play in the field where the factory is as kids.. crazy to think.

I’ve heard the rumours it’s getting released this weekend. Apparently RC is around the corner from me in Birmingham as we speak.

can’t wait to see it, I’ll have a deposit down for one, weather I ride it or keep it as a collectors piece is another question.

I thought he went “home” to pro circuit and not kawi directly. His bike and gear never had any kawi logos just PC

Incorrect, he never signed anything with Kawasaki. He went straight from his Suzuki deal to Triumph but the moto-project hadn't been announced yet, PC just built him a Kawasaki to ride.

It would be pretty cool if they debut the bike(s) at Atlanta (RC's home race).

I think since Ivan’s been riding a blacked out Kawi and Ferry has been riding a blacked out Yamaha, it’s a pretty good bet that the bike’s primary color is going to be black. My guess is black and a neon yellow accent.
