Congrats to the young ripper. Been super solid and he keeps getting faster. Fast lap just .6 off of Hunter on a long SX lap and 2.2 and 1.5 seconds faster than Chance and Jeremy is kind of surprising.

Well he hasn't won a main event yet so he isn't living up to his potential, in fact he should have won 3 races by now.. Sheesh😜😝

incredible. hopefully he’s not more than 2 seasons on the 250 so we can see him race the Lawrence brothers sooner than later.

Uhm

The kid is so young let him develop. 3 years at least. He’s the real deal, Jett’s gotten 4 seasons to develop. Deegan deserves the same.

His corner speed is faster than I expected it to be and he isn't crashing either, which I expected from him.  I'm not on board with the whole generational talent BS some talking heads keep pimping.  But he's definitely earning respect the right way by going fast on the track. I could definitely see a 250F championship in his future.

The kid is the real deal for sure. Still a kid , and I think once that man strength sets in ,  he'll be a title threat.  He has some grit with the way he rides , and for a 16yr old , his race awareness is really good for his age.

Yeah he isn't Stew or Ronny Lechein but he looks damned impressive and solid.

I admit, I was a doubter, but he seems level headed and keeps saying he’s just here to learn which appears to be true. He also communicates and speaks way better than about 90% of the riders much older. Even though he did use “sick” about 6 times in his podium speech. But that’s just the “boomer” in me I suppose. I like that it is all natural and not some rant about his sponsors and religious beliefs.

I was at the race and spent a good amount of the main watching him. His line selection was great and his ability to navigate the rhythm sections was pretty solid. For a second, Martin made a little time on him, and then he put his head down and pulled back out pretty easily. I was really impressed with that kid.

How can you not be impressed. Not awe inspiring speed like from some past young phenoms, but solid, respectable, future champion type base.

Pretty cool to watch how quickly he's adapted to the big boys.

I don't follow any of the social media junk, but the kid seems pretty humble in interviews.   I hope as he grows in successes, it doesn't go to his head and he becomes cocky.   I hate that.

What riders have went on a rant about their religious beliefs ?

Nobody has.

Apparently thanking God is enough to cause some viewers to go into meltdown mode.      Sad.

Wish Stew would drop the "danger" label.

The kid seems grateful,  level headed, and has a very clean riding style.

Don't follow him, his family,  or really any other rider on any kind of social media.

Just want to see them race.

And so far I'm enjoying both he, hymas, kitchen, and the others moving up the 250 ranks.

If anstie was back in the open class, instead of pulling a craig, deegan would have a well earned 2nd place under his belt.

"Nobody has"

Absolutely correct,..Some riders that are Christians will thank God routinely. The person that I asked this question of,.apparently percieves that as being "a rant" based on their post that I had quoted in my response question.

Do you think that I will get an answer from them ?

Yes...the whole "Dangerboy" and  "Danger" thing needs to go away now.   It's time to put away childish things.

Let your results speak for you.

I'm pretty sure that other people are continuing it and not Haiden Deegan. I am also certain that Deegan's results are indeed speaking for him.

Wasn't it Stew that made the reference ?

He proved he can run podium podium speed for an entire main event without ending up on his head.  The last guy that did that at his age was labeled a generational talent.  The way I see it, he’s the hottest commodity in the 250 class at the moment.

I said he silenced his critics….it’s their only way to respond without identifying themselves….
