Just bought this game. Does anyone know how to create a custom championship? I wanna race a series using the AMA tracks but can't work out how. Cheers

Does the game still suck or is it better after the latest update?
It might be because I play Milestone games, but the handling and physics are a bit goofy in MX vs ATV Legends. It's fun, and it's cool to ride the AMA tracks, but it definitely feels like a second rate game.
I think the game is in its best shape.
Personally, has crushed reflex in my opinion. Plus i get full lobbies every night online so i'm not the only one enjoying the game.
What's it like online? The Milstone games are a bit shit. When I race with my brother, my screen will show me passing him clean but on his screen I completely t-bone him off the track! Makes it hard to know if your competitors are riding dirty or if the game is janky.
Finally caved in and purchased it. First little bit of gameplay was tough but as I got through it and switched to first person view its probablally the most fun I've had playing a moto game in a long time.
So i started out only playing first person view and its amazing. The more I got comfortable with that view, the easier it was for me to transfer into 3rd person view...i actually play drone locked view up high and its very enjoyable for me.
S/o to the dev team for their continued work on the game unlike some other companies. The game is super fun and the new update is awesome. 2023 national tracks are spot on as well.
are the nationals an upcharge?
yeap...think around $20 or so for the 2023 season....they added weather changes also
I applaud the developers also for the work they are doing on this game. Great work and the game is only getting better. I wish they would release a track editor and really open up the game.
I got this game on offer and I'm enjoying it. It's great to be able to ride the AMA tracks. I'm not gonna get the DLC since the tracks are so similar. It would be good of we could have a championship mode though, rather than just individual motos.
I think that’s in their plans from what they have said on IG. Sound changes are coming this season too.
It’s the new season that is $20. Similar to paying $20 for battle pass on Warzone. They will release other things to go along with the national tracks.

Sound better? It looks like its way too fast and smooth from the videos. Almost cartoonish speed.

Just pathetic that they’re still using the same tracks they had on All Out. Yea I’ve done hundreds of laps on those tracks. I’m over em. We want new damn tracks.
After playing the last 6 months or so, I really like this game and try to support the developers even if it’s buying mostly the same tracks again a second time for another $20.
I think the game plays great in both first and third person. The physics just work well on the national tracks.
Here is what needs to improve:
-supercross just doesn’t feel right with the physics. I’m not sure what the change needs to be but I think scaling up the tracks a bit would help. Right now it feels like the bikes are way too much for the tracks. Almost feels like you’re on a mini bike track on a 450. Also whoops don’t work well with these physics. You can’t really skim them right now.
- collision. Omg it’s the worst colliding with another player and being stuck together for 15 seconds.
- presentation. Take a page from milesone or better yet just copy that formula. You have all these brands and bike manufacturers but the base game feels generic as hell with my blaze 450s. Nothing worse than spending another $40 on all the OEM bikes and all the AI are still on blaze 450s. Use real riders, bikes, model the riders, invest in UI and presentation. Milesone is owned by the same parent company right? Have a couple of their personnel come do this stuff for you.
I feel like a couple months ago they had the. Ike handling dialed in really well and now it’s back to not being able to turn, sliding out of berms/ruts, and bouncing when you land. Kind of disappointing but I still play it and bought the new tracks.
It’s nice that red bud has the new track update.

I had this day 1 and online was legit dead on arrival...only reason I got it was the online memories from Reflex.
What is the preferred console for playing this? Not looking to build/maintain a gaming PC.
If you soak up big jumps with the left stick it greatly reduces bouncing when landing. I was having trouble with Larocco’s until I started doing that. Faster too
Does it not piss anyone off that for YEARS we asked for the real tracks, only to be told that they won't make them, they wouldnt be fun enough. Then Milestone does it, and suddenly now rainbow/thq/whatever can also make the real tracks as DLC?
Ps5 is what I have.
