Man I really feel for the kid but man that shit's gotta stop. I think that is 3 or 4 races he coulda won.
At least he owns it. He made no excuses in the press conference
It’s his third year and he’s just finished a title fight with an all timer, while being in other one currently. We’ll be fine.
Yeah, they retracted the offer.
Honda's going to bounce him at the end of the year.
He'll soon be unwanted by every other team out there.
Won't even be able to get trick suspension parts in order to mount a privateer effort.
Next up for Chase, selling hot dogs at the concession stand.
That is until he trips, and falls carrying the mustard.
SMDH
still young, maybe irons out his crash happy ways.
Still to be decided if he wants to go to KTM though, doesn't automatically mean things will be different just because Coop wins after ages.

KTM has Aldon to help get his head right. I doubt they pass him up, if he is in fact trying to go over there.
It would be the best thing to ever happen to him.
I'm sorry do people actually think before they start these topics??
Completely baffles my mind how dumb these questions are.
This is Such a joke. Yeah, he has had some high-profile washouts. Mentally he is tough. The guy is literally in the discussion of the best in the sport with Herlings and Tomac. And on many days, he's probably the best. After seeing his speed and fitness last summer He's obviously in phenomenal shape, has the win or is pissed attitude and makes few mistakes but when he does, he makes zero excuses. If anything, he has added value to his worth since last summer.
Can't believe I wasted my time reading this and then responded.
He will be on a Suzuki for sure next year…
I beg to differ my dear sir. He still has to climb the last fence standing in his way to become the best.
So far he keeps getting his shirt caught on the last nail on that damn fence.
I’m struggling to remember any riders in the past 40 years who lost so many races/positions to minor tip over/wash out/swap out falls. Chase is absolutely amazing and deserves to be in the discussion with all-time greats, but I really hope he finds the solution to his problem with focus. So I think it’s a great topic.
You mean the guy that fell and still ended up on the podium? Yeah he's done
Chase, can you join me and my friend for a zoom meeting?
My inside source says KTM retracted their offer and are going to sign Deegan instead.
I don't think it's a given that Sexton figures it out and seals the deal with multiple championships. Hiccup mistakes could plague him forever. There are several riders that come to mind who who had the ingredients to go all the way... but just couldn't make it happen. It only takes one or two damning mistakes a season when the rest of the field is gunning for you. Yesterday needs to be Chases last mistake or it's over for the season.
Chase is ahead of every rider on all KTM teams (KTM, Husqvara, GasGas) and is younger than all of them. He is the most sought after rider up for contract renewal. It would be crazy for KTM not to throw everything they have at him given the age and performance of their current riders.
Joining Kenny kick-start next year!
Deegan already rejected the offer... True story.
Pit Row
He'll figure it out... people quickly forget how Tomac was a just a couple of years ago.
Chase is an amazing rider, but until he starts wining big bike championships he is not on the discussion as one of the greats.
He ain’t signing with them guys
Yeah idk. He's 2nd in points and the only guy beating him by 2 points right now is retiring after SX (probably).
gee a lot of anti-Sexton posts these days....and you call yourselves fans? seriously?
So fans can only talk about how perfect and dreamy riders are?
Chase is amazing, except when he brain farts himself onto the ground, and he does that enough to be a problem..
Who would you hire rather than Sexton, Tomac is done, who is better? Webb, outdoor problems. Anderson, gets in drama. I don't know, he is the best right now to hire.
Maybe we should start a go-fund-me for Chase, just in case this is the beginning of a downward spiral.
no but clearly you expect him to be perfect
Herlings? Is he still a thing?
Well Kenny's results have improved on the Yella bike, so imagine if Chase's results improved on it also..
That would be crazy if somehow Suzuki landed Chase. It's been a known fact he was going to leave Honda for KTM before the season started. Cooper also only signed a one year deal with KTM with the intention of moving back to Star Yamaha, because Eli last season had pretty much said he was going to retire. But now that Eli is not so sure he wants retire. That would probably mean Webb would stay at KTM or possibly go take Sextons Honda ride? Now that the "rumor" of Sexton to KTM leaked before the season even started, I highly doubt HRC would welcome him back with open arms. And with Eli most likely stay put for at least Supercross next year, and hopefully the Nationals this year. If Webb stays at KTM next year and with Chase counting his eggs before they hatched and losing his Honda ride. Him going to Sukuki isn't as crazy as it sounds. Talk about bringing a brand back from the dead. Sexton and Roczen both on Suzuki's would be a solid team, and would help in bringing in some big name sponsors. Most likely won't happen, but it is a possibility.
