So you think the government actively colluding with social media companies to sway an election is nothing, but how much of HIS own money a guy gives the government is? You’re delusional. Have the best day ever.
Oh Gawd, thanks for answering the question that no one on Vital is asking.
So what was the whole thing with Abraham Lincoln setting aside several days to fast and pray for the country’s healing after the Civil War. Was it coincidental that the US went from a war-torn debt-ridden divided country to a wealthy prosperous superpower right around the turn of the century? How many new inventions and industrial processes came out if this?
This is a lot more than just his plus and minus sheets and depreciating investment loans they are looking at. Lot of earnings from some shady countries.
And I'll be having the best last day ever
Of 2022.
Merry new year
and happy new Trump inquiry!
You must of missed the since Nixon thing. If you hadn't voted for the grifter, you'd be happy to see an investigation into tax fraud. Funny how people turn a blind eye to something that sheds a bad light on them

he Joint Committee on Taxation, which reviewed the returns, flagged that Trump claimed a large number of questionable items on his tax returns, including eyebrow-raising amounts of interest he claims to have received from loans to his children that the bipartisan committee said could indicate Trump was disguising gifts.
The JCT argued that an auditor should investigate the loan agreements Trump made with his children, including the interest rates. If the interest Trump claims to have charged his children was not at market rate, for example, it could be considered a gift for tax purposes, requiring him to pay a higher tax rate on the money.
In each year of his presidency, for example, Trump claimed he received exactly $18,000 in interest on a loan he said he gave his daughter Ivanka Trump and $8,715 in interest from his son Donald Trump, Jr.. In 2017 to 2019, Trump said he received exactly $24,000 from his son Eric Trump, and Eric paid him $19,605 in interest in 2020.
That raises the question of whether “the loans were bona fide arm’s length transactions, or whether the transfers were disguised gifts that could trigger gift tax and a disallowance of interest deductions by the related borrowers,” the JCT said in its report.
“It’s unusual to have interest in round numbers – very rare,” said Martin Sheil, former supervisory special agent for IRS’ Criminal Investigation unit. “An auditor would want to see payments, loan agreements and interest rates.”
There are also questions about Trump’s returns listing an identical amount of company expenses and income.
For example, in 2017, Trump claimed his business DJT Aerospace LLC, which operates Trump’s personal helicopter, claimed $42,965 in income. It also claimed the exact same amount – $42,965 – in expenses. In other words, every single dollar – to the dollar – that the company earned was negated by the company’s expenses, such as payroll, fuel and other items. That left the company with zero income – and nothing to tax.
“Total expenses equaling total income is a statistical impossibility,” said Shiel, who added that the figures are not evidence something illegal was done. “It just doesn’t happen.”
The JCT in its report raised several similar questions. For example, it noted IRS auditors were investigating multiple so-called large unusual questionable items on Trump’s tax returns for which the regulator wanted Trump to provide supporting evidence to back up his claims.
So some years he paid more in taxes. Some years he paid less in taxes.
This is riveting stuff here.
You’ve obviously had many sleepless nights and spent countless hours gathering all your schematics and details to present your case. I personally think it’s vain foolish, but whatever. Why bring it on an MX forum? You mentioned Twitter. Have you argued it there?
The ‘billionaire’s’ businesses certainly seem to lose a lot of money.
Wow.
Nacho Bobby has been on quite Trump obsession tirade.
Always funny to see people get online and wave their mental health issues out in public.
So all of this is just a quoted article?
Cmon man. And here I though you actually put time into this.
I always find it an interesting irony that most people who state that someone hasn't paid their fair share of taxes typically are people who don't have a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of, and probably don't have any tax liability themselves. It is a citizen's responsibility, and as much a patriotic duty as voting, to use the income tax system to pay as little as possible to the federal government as you can. Historically, it has never been a good idea to give any government more of a free market's money than possible. One could assume that the "aren't paying their fair share of taxes" crowd are the same as the "my dealer is over charging me for a bike" crowd. Wealth and class envy are an insidious tool that our government and media use to drive wedges between the citizenry. How much Trump paid or didn't in taxes affects nobody, even those most upset about it.
Taxation is Theft.
Biden and his cronies just jammed 1.7 TRILLION dollar dildo up Americas ass, and the dorks with TDS are worried about the orange man's line-item minutiae. smh
Everyone acts like nobody has seen them, ever. The IRS has surely scoured them and not seen anything illegal.
So now, everybody that doesn’t know what they are even looking for gets to see them.
And they think they’ll find something significant.
Makes total sense to me.
i would, however like to know how deep the IRS looks at Dems taxes.
When April 15th rolls around I often think of Alexader, Julius Caeser, or Ghengis Khan's armies rolling through a civilization looting and pillaging but only from the productive, industrious, and employable. Leaving the unproductive unscathed. In the grand scheme and generalized this is what our government does. Long term, what are the effects of this? If sin taxes diminish the use of tobacco products, alcohol and the like, what does property taxes, income taxes, and sales taxes do? If income is a manifestation of labor, what is taxation at it's root? If someone like Trump is not spending money on taxes, does his money just sit in a Scrooge McDuck vault for him to roll around in nightly, or is he using it to promote commerce?
It’s a total desperation move, so they don’t have to deal with him in 2024. Trying to sway his supporters.
Flip side of your coin….perhaps the money that he legally doesn’t have to pay via tax code gets rolled back into capital investments where the taxes paid by the people that he employs makes up for that lost revenue.

As a person who pays an incredible amount of tax dollars, I think he is fine. Try harder or cry harder and maybe, just maybe you will get your guy on the next ghost chase but once again... Fail.
Indeed... i am less interested in how a billionaire who took a job that paid $400k and lost half his personal wealth , and more interested in how Nancy Pelosi made $100m dollars on $194,000 a year since she became House Speaker.
Maybe she owns a hammer factory?
As you say Precedent Set.
I could be wrong, and at this point I really don't care about the guy or what happened while he was in office, but a large part of the NY AG investigation is the stated depreciation in value/losses of real estate holdings for tax filings/liabilities while inflating the value of the exact same properties for the purpose of acquiring loans/sales for many, many years.
I couldn't care less that he used the laws as written to minimize his federal income tax liabilities, I'd do the same, but that is the definition of tax fraud. That said, I'm not a tax law attorney, and I did not stay at a holiday inn last night.
oh look - ANOTHER TDS thread.
He's been the most "investigated" man in history. If he had sketchy taxes, they'd have sent a busload of IRS agents to his office. But they didn't, which should tell you all you need to know. But here's yet ANOTHER lib frothing at the mouth trying (5y later) to convince themselves they're gonna "get him!".
it's sad, honestly.
What could be interesting is how the conviction of the Trump organization on tax fraud could affect Trump’s tax filings. If the numbers for the organization were fraudulent, it could very well have resulted in fraudulent numbers being used on Trump’s returns as well. Could also explain why he wasn’t audited the last 3 years of his presidency.
That doesn’t mean he committed fraud. It could simply mean he was given fraudulent information himself and he used that as the basis for filling his legitimate tax return.
Look at the FTX fraud. Lots of people filed returns from FTX sales, transactions, purchases.
Knowing now that the whole of FTX was a fraud doesn’t mean anyone committed fraud on the personal tax returns they filed with now fraudulent FTX data and FTX holdings.
No different here.
Says the child that melted down over his actual name, Oral Roberts Esq.
I didn’t say that it automatically proved tax fraud on his part. I did say that it could be interesting what may arise from it.
At the very least, one has to wonder why he wasn’t audited those last 4 years as is customary for the tax returns of a sitting President, no?
If you think “earnings from shady countries” is something that should be heavily investigated, then let’s begin with the Biden family and all their buddies, including Mittens Romney and his boy, in Ukraine. Get back to us when that one’s completed.
