They could be sending emails to VF, MCR, WSX, etc and force them to say "No Comment" which would at least be a comment. Instead we get "VF is on vacation" as if that ceases their ability to investigate the issue and report on it for the consumers of the moto media for what could be a huuuuuuuuuuuuuge scandal for our small sport.

Well…I guess the “shut up & it’ll go away” mindset has worked. Sorry to hear of Genova being in bad shape from what sounds like a heart issue…but still no more word from Tony Alessi, Justin Braydon, the FIM…or any sort of “oops, I fucked up” reply/apology from Friese. My thinking is, if NOBODY has the nuts to come forward and address this…we can all ascertain that MCR and those involved are totally OK with their rider taking out his fellow team member…AND offering to pay another rider to do the deed. Im quite sure lawyers are at least involved here…but the reputation of MCR & Mike Genova is a helluva lot more important than that of a dirtbag like Vince Friese.

Vital might know about it but 95% of those attending the supercross never knew this "incident" took place. Look at our politics, people barely know the good/bad things politicians do, and that stuff is reported 24/7. You think a casual fan is going to even know who Vince Friese or Grant Harlan are? Yall are acting like no one is going to buy a hot tub cover now because of this and Mike's reputation is ruined. Maybe we can get to the bottom of this, Davi's locker room contents, and where BB4 is now in the same breaking news story.

Yep! For somebody like Roczen or Tomac...possibly, but $500k-1M win bonus for somebody like Friese is ridiculous. Nope, Vince did it because he wanted the comp out of the way. The really shitty thing is still that he did it to Brayton, who's never ridden dirty at all because he has the skills to not have to...and Friese had to know all Justin has done for him and the team. What about team riding? What about team loyalty. You NEVER take out your teammate maliciously...or at least I've never seen it done before.

I don’t know what the big deal is, it’s totally normal for a rider to offer money to another rider on the gate to take out his own teammate.

Vince Friese is as clean a rider as they come. I wish people would stop riding lines on the outside of him and causing these collisions. It’s really making him look bad.

I doubt anything will happen at this point. WSX won’t do anything to prevent losing MCR, and as someone stated above, if they(MCR) don’t want to talk about it, they won’t.

Funny, pretty sure everyone else out there is racing for money too, but he seems to be the one constant when it comes to on-track boneheaded moves.

It’s not up to wsx. It’s up to the FIM and we know they can be slow as molasses when it comes to doling out punishments.

Someone on here recently stated that Davi had insulin in his locker. Being a T1D, news like this catches my eye. I might, in a pinch, need some someday. No pun intended.
