He actually took the words right out of my mouth this time (not normally). So many people are very narrowminded in the MX world when it comes to electric. People that say they'll leave the sport when it goes full electric simply don't enjoy riding bike IMO.

Some of my most memorable rides have been Downhill Mountain biking and there is also no sound involved there, just pure fun.

Sure sound is nice, but without it a lot of other doors will open. Maybe not in Bum-fucknowhere, but in crowded places where tracks are closing down due to noise complaints tracks WILL open, or remain open. Coming from the Netherlands where tracks are closing left right and center because of it are prove of that. Not to mention Belgium which once was the greatest MX country in Europe only has a handful of tracks left.

At some point, I really hope he takes some of his own advice. Shut up, ride your bike and actually prove everyone wrong. Lot of old men crying after proper 2-strokes they even dont ride anymore. Tesla hasnt ruined my day so far even im using cars and vans everyday. Like Kenny said EV bikes are plus for sport and can open more doors not close them.

If there's a new IG story popping up from Webb and Roczen I bet 90% of the people complaining click on Kennys story first.

Controversy sells and he knows it. There's a reason why he has 1.5M followers and an almost 4% engagement rate (that's pretty insane for an account of that size).
