Any word on where or who these guys might ride for ? We know Kenny might be on his own deal but curious about the other 3.

Joey is way too fast lately to not have a deal.

Why?

The sport is better with Bogle in it. He still has the talent to go fast and rip.

450 riders left looking for rides? I know we always say the class is stacked every year, but damn, that’s a lot of riders.

Although I agree that the sport is better with his personality in it, I worry about his noggin. One can only ring their bell so many times before adverse long term effects become a reality.

Dude I totally forgot about his gnarly concussion! Totally agree if that is the case. No reason to jeopardize brain health any further.

Shane could drop some top 5's if healthy and in shape. And Joey and Kenny can hit some podiums. Sure seems like the $$ was an issue for Kenny, but if doing his way is what works, so be it.

I think we'll see those 3 on bikes at A1 for sure.

I hope HEP lands JS17 - that would be a good get for them. Definite top 5-8's with potential of getting on podium any night.

On twitter Matthes said Savatgy doesn't want to ride a Suzuki. I guess we'll see if he wants to go at it alone or take that HEP offer.

McElrath is signed with RWR through '23 for the WSX series, with an option to ride for another team in US SX if the option comes up. Sounds like he's in a good spot. He said on a podcast with Weege that his deal with RWR was the best salary he's had so far in his career.

I'm a big Bogle fan but I would understand if he called it a career. Damn injuries...

A Suzuki would be detrimental to JS17’s career and he knows better.

Maybe on a per race basis but no chance those factory teams weren’t paying more overall.

As it turned out, a BBMX KTM was detrimental to Max Anstie’s career… he was much better off on the Suzuki.

Was gonna say the same… dude is in la la land thinking Shane is top 5. I don’t even think Shane himself would say he can be top 5.

He got 5th in a moto this summer and also got a 7th in SX before the team fell apart. I wouldn't call it a complete laughable stretch if he can actually get comfortable with a team and not ride 5 different bikes in a year.

Is JS17 hard to work with or is he asking for to much money? He should be on a factory level team!

He’s just in a weird spot where he’s not an up and coming talent, not a proven 450 winner and not a social media star/ out going. Those guys have the hardest time finding rides imo.

By your logic, if bogle needs to hang it up, then everyone behind him should too.
There'd be like 15 guys or less out there then.

If you Read the whole thread you would realize that’s not his point.

He doesn't, which makes absolutely 0 sense. It's a paid gig(great $$ btw), big bonuses.

No, he's not in a weird spot. He's making a weird decision. Take a paid ride, prove what you can do on what's considered a "dated" bike and sign a deal if it comes along next year. Trying to find $$ to pay for a ride on another brand or waiting for a "fill in" ride just boggles my mind.

He’s ridden that bike and wasn’t happy with it. imo he’d do better on a Mitch Payton built kawi.

It is entirely possible that he just does not gell with the Suzuki or the team, and if he goes there and underperforms it will hurt his "stock" more than sitting around for a season and just doing WSX.

As an aside, in the past didn't Joey have the reputation of not being the best to work with?

JS17 seems to betting on someone getting hurt and he gets a fill in ride. The guy is not going to compete for a championship so might be his best bet.

Remarkable how short some of these guys memory is... But I'm the one in la la land. ROFL.

I'm not expecting it, but in the right situation, it's absolutely possible.
