I’m gonna go look at a 74 in same color next weekend. Low original miles at 8200 but hasn’t run in years and needs a complete rebuild. I prefer to keep mine totally stock but this one might have to go cafe if pipes are shot.

Mine sounds exactly the same! Not sure we got any vids of the 79. I only did 3 laps on it and my son did 4 or 5 but the lower loop of the track only. He wasn’t ready to try horsepower hill on it yet. 😁

The original seat base was a little destroyed from all the years, so I got a whole new seat for it. It is from psychic mx. It's not a bad seat, but if you're using it with the polisport restyle kit like we did, then you'll have to do a little trimming on the base.

We had a private ride day at Washougal yesterday. Just 5 of us plus the Huffmans. Weather was spectacular, and the track was great. BTW, Ryan was absolutely killing the whoops yesterday. Incredible speed. His son Brenden was too, but they used totally different styles. Brenden was tripling through and Ryan was blitzing.









Those are some beautiful bikes man!

Ryan is a total badass in those whoops. It's interesting that I've seen several of the fast young kids jumping instead of blitzing.

We went to the practice on Saturday. I brought my KX500 and did a moto on it after some jetting changes down at the grass track. The weather and track prep this weekend were amazing! I was pumped to be back on a bike after getting an ACL early this year.

Yes those RMs look amazing. But when anyone refers to a pictures of cools bikes as "bike porn" or "sexy" and there's not a hot girl to be seen I can't help but think it's disturbing and creepy. And if you want to argue with me about it, that makes it twice as disturbing and creepy. Freak

They just announced another practice for Saturday this weekend. My friend wants to hit Mt view instead. They are having an unlimited day. And with the woods race on Sunday at shoug. Means lots of slow woods guys getting in the way.
