I won’t say stew 04 ish because James was on a 125 and won all but one moto, but he’s definitely RV 08ish

It will likewise take the Jett some time to beat the big boys, especially when we are adding the best from Europe to the best from the US.
What? Prado has won overalls in his rookie year and he was also in the championship hunt until he got covid. Last year he was also really good and nearly upfront every race but it went downhill for him after he collided and cross jumped Herlings. On top of that he is the second best rider currently in the mxgp class after Gajser. Don't make things up like that.

Prado is fast, and he obviously is the king of the hole-shots,, but his speed and his perseverance lags behind the Bullet, Gasjer, Renaux, Febvre, Seewer.

As such, what I have stated above is accurate.

Jett is definitely the Justin Bieber of motocross. Great rider but still sad to see him steal purse money and opportunity from Americans

What is your deal, shouldn't you be guarding the border with your dipshit friends somewhere?

If you're gonna post the same lame and tired arguments in every thread here just to try and make everyone else miserable like you, save yourself and us the trouble and just log off, go and do something you actually like.

Can’t deny the improvement over the last 3 years with Jett. He’s about to be a 3x champion at 18 years old. Has the potential to be one of the greats

Look at this cuck begging for censorship....

Ever hear of a little thing called the constitution of the United States? A thing the guarantees freedom of speach? And you do not want that?

I hear north Korea is Great this time of year.... maybe you should try some moto over there....

Jett would still be ontop but not as easily.
JMart can beat him straight up. Did it a lot last year. But he can't do it right now. #6 needs to get back to race shape/pace.

If JMart wouldn't have had his injury problems last season. He would've won the MX title. I added the points up and took out the races that JMart and Jett scored less than 10 pts in a moto. Mainly looking at the races where they were both racing for position and not way back in the results.
JMart had 300 pts to Jett's 277 pts.
They had 14 "straight up" motos without major disparity.
Martin won 6 motos.
Jett won 3 motos.

Jett didn't start winning the title until JMart had to vacate at Ironman. These 2 guys straight up and on their game would be awesome to see.

Regional titles count all right especially in this SX supremacy era.

Saying they don't is silly.

His third confirmed title, his first gained, is World 65cc Champion.

I hate to remind you, but part of championship MX racing is to stay upright and stay healthy.

FWIW JMart or anyone else made a pass stick on Jett last year, or this year, except off the start.

He doesn't claim to be the fastest rider, but often is and his race smarts belie his age.

Can you help me understand why Racer X is not listing The Kings two regional titles? Seems to me he should be a 9 time SX champ according to your logic?

This isn’t a new concept.

Like I said. I only included racing where they didn't have a mechanical or dnf. Jmart wins the battle. But YES its a full series and that's a part of racing.

I think Jett is a great personality for the sport. Kinda reminds me of Travis in his appeal to the fans. That's a good thing in my book.

Travis made more fans for the sport even though his MX & SX racing career didn't amount to a whole lot compared to the greats. I hope Jett does the same in growing the fan base but has a killer career and wins numerous titles.
I like him and he's fun to watch ride.

Hunter is a good thing for the sport too. The brothers who are on the same team and both doing great is also a story that is interesting to watch for both casual and rabid fans alike.

The Lawrence boys are good for our favorite sport don't you think?

You have to be in it to win it. It doesn’t matter who isn’t there.

Jett looks smooth as silk and JMart rises to the occasion and often looks like a sack of worms but pulls it off, one is young, one is old. I'll take the kid!

Agreed. Everybody should listen to Jett and Hunter on the Whiskey Throttle Show. Incredible sacrifices were made by the entire family. And, Hunter's stories about the help from Roczen's dad are enlightening.

It's not often that someone comes over here from another country, kicks everyone's ass, and is immediately liked and welcomed by the USA crowd. I really like this kid and his work ethic and talent.

He's like the bizzaro world version of DV.

He's doing great. Still don't think he needs to move up so quick. Took Chase a good few years to sort it out outdoors... Bike skill and strength will still develop with time, and the bonus cheques all things being equal are great too. The 450 class ain't going anywhere.

I think the two absolute greats since 2000, RC and RV, have a better stat that Jett did not attain.

3 for 3 in little bike class outdoors. Honorable mention to Stew who should be on that shortlist.

Jett is highly likely to have 2 outdoors titles and his SX crown come September 4th, and is a better than good chance to defend his SX title early 2023.

Either way 2023 SX will be his 4th season as an AMA Pro and he wants to get a move on.

He's at the stage now where he is teaching, not learning on a 250.

He's safely ready for 450's.
