The fact that every promoter feels like they need to have every class that Loretta’s has squeezed into a single day of racing.

Senoir Classes are C beginner, B, and A grade, which is the elete or pro class if you like.
Still plenty of sand bagging local club days, not so much regions or titles, but club days can be a free for all. A lot of clubs are now no longer with MA, they have switched to AMA it's now cheaper to race, but now it's all just age group racing No A, B or C class.

In my mid 20s now seeing most of my friends quit riding and be more interested in just sitting around talking and drinking. I'm still getting started and have goals of getting fast still and everyone I know has pretty much quit. It pisses me off, my whole riding group is basically gone, most of them just want to live the rest of their life going to different restaurants and taking pictures and letting a spoiled bitch tell them how to live their life and go do different spectator activities. I swear most men nowadays are just living like women. All they do is spectator activities, conversate/gossip, socialite type events, go to restaurants, tv/video games, golf, instagram. It's lame as fuck. A few of my riding friends have hung it up because they've gotten too many bad injuries and I don't blame them.

the term for these guys is bugmen or soyboys.

my whole take on this phenomena is that most men have a scarcity mindset when it comes to women so they will bend over backward to make their gf happy because they know how hard it is to get girls ..unless you're chad or you have money and you're just a trick daddy

you're not alone though and its one of the reasons i stopped riding..no one wants to wake up on a saturday morning and go drive 2 hours to ride for the day

I did all that hippy bullshit in my early 20's. Bought a Suzuki last year at age 29 and now I bark hard.

Ed Zachary.
It's weird for me now because I work for a very friendly, polite company, but I have been a machine tech for a long time, and expletives are part of me, and that's what you might get.

To be clear I was never in the military, and thank you Plowboy for serving, but I think it's a similar vibe amongst guys who fix broken shit.
I thank you for you kind words but I'll be honest, except for the year in Saudi during the 1st Gulf War...I had a freaking blast in the military. 7 years in England (tricked a beautiful but not very smart gal into getting hitched...42 years and counting). Traveled all over Europe. Raced my bike there. Then stationed in NE, CA, ID, OK. Can you believe they PAID me to travel and have fun. I recommend the service for anyone that embraces hard work and can realise the training and opportunities will open a whole world of possibilities. Again Wink

Copied that, buddy!

I don't care what your tours consisted of, you signed up and did it.

What's grinding my gears lately is Microsoft Word trying to fix my native language.

I don't mind spelling errors being flagged, but you start wanting to change the Texican language will soon start a rift in the whole time continuum matrix.

If I write "make adjustments", and they tell me it's better to not use a noun verb or some shit, piss off!

I typed "make adjustments for a reason.
Whoo,, I don't feel any better...

What grinds my gears?

KTM letting Cooper NOT ride outdoors., sending AC222 home, paying alllll the other guys; but, they can't pay the one guy that's ACTUALLY MAKING THE BIKE LOOK GOOD!

Rant over.

When someone who has actual experience designing, manufacturing, and testing products for the industry comes on to share their knowledge and input and all the Vital engineers tell him he’s wrong.

Dealership's that charge 2k over list price on a 7k dirt bike. Then offer zero customer service.

All the bad stream/bad production comments on the Bench racing thread every week, make an extra thread for that?

- People who think changing the sport will attract more outside interest. MX has always done the best when we had big personalities like Pastrana and Stewart. No one will sit down to watch a sport they don’t care about because they have changed the format.

- How the national tracks are basically outdoor sx tracks. There is hardly a straight without a stupid out-of-place jump. Many US national tracks could do with a massive makeover and instead ad some technical parts. Also, stop grooming and make it rutty and gritty
