JT$ ON THE MIC

Edited Date/Time 6/1/2022 2:31pm
I haven’t seen anything yet, so i will share something. I thought JT did a great job with the interviews today. I think it helps being a former racer for sure. With all the negativity wanted him to feel the love. Keep it up JT.

He’s fine. The broadcast as an extension of the pulp show would be great

Yes I’d absolutely love to hear about Keefer’s ballsack trimming habits and how great tim ferry is for 4 hours straight

I absolutely agree. Jason did a great job and I look forward to more of his reporting in the future. He was and is a true iron man.

JT really is a talent and I hope he gets more opportunities. He's great on the MXGPs too. Great job JT.

Enjoyed JT, really everyone. Sucks it was overshadowed by the awful coverage

If he had said in 2017 he was going to do this in 2022 I would have laughed at him, but who’s laughing now? I was impressed Wink Smile

Not everyone is like Weege. JT has his own personality and his knowledge makes up for facial expressions.

That’s still better than being stuck watching commercials during the race.

That is exactly what I noticed as well. JT has a wealth of moto info and history and is well spoken. At first, I was a little weary because his delivery was very blunt and to the point vs having some flair in his delivery. But after the first podium interviews I could definitely notice a shift in more of a “TV delivery” and him finding his footing and confidence.

JT$ really came alive throughout the day and I think he’s an awesome addition to the broadcast team.

I thought he did fine my only critique would be to learn how to wrap an interview by thanking the rider or saying anything but just awkward dead air

I tend to agree, But part of me thinks they are instructed to do so. I remember several other pit reporters back in the day doing the same thing and I thought it was very abrupt and awkward. No ‘thank you’, or anything else. Maybe in the interest of time?

I agree with your point. I guess I meant the wrap up show. Matthes, weege and JT with a mix of good talking ex legend racers

JT along with all the broadcast team seemed really good. MC and RJ alongside Weege worked really well as i thought, whoever is up next has the bar set high.

He looked like he drank too many monsters too intense buisness like and made the riders tight and short worded . Because he’s acting like jo expert on the 2nd place finisher. They know he doesn’t know anything about being in the top 3. In the booth you need the Mx expert. A field reporter is supposed to be a entertainer. Get the riders to loosen up. You need a chic with a out going personality.

JT was great.

It's just too bad he doesn't look more like Georgia Lindsay. Laughing

JT was awesome and I really liked bringing back mid moto mechanic interviews. With PIP it’s totally cool.

That job requires enthusiasm. Get a enthusiastic interesting person with a high level of natural energy. Get a chic or a fan pick the level up. The whole event otherwise was Great.

I guess I'm just a JT fanboy. I love it when he puts Matthes in check. JT has great moto knowledge.

But yeah, lets get Will back. "I was talking to the Honda team, and they tell me Kenny has bit of loose stool today". "I was at the Yamaha truck and they tell me the boys had Capt Crunch for breakfast instead of Bran Flakes." She's pitiful. She barely speaks English and on her best day she's a 6. Plus, she ain't going home with any of you horn-dogs anyway.
