Any riders that ride the full SX series this year and then MX and then jump right into World SX are driven and hungry.

Will be respectable if anyone does it, but I can't see guys halfway through the MX season starting SX prep again Blink

Sounds like the first round of the series will take place on September 10th up here in Montreal at the Olympic Stadium.

That's exactly 1 week after the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Nationals.

Not really because those guys aren’t going to run the world SX series…

Exactly. This year will only see the same guys that do Paris SX and Aus X open etc. Going forward, it will be 10 private teams which is very interesting, but won't draw the top guys for multiple years if ever. They want to race in the premier series and that's currently in the U.S.

all I know is that if this series is successful some championships will tank whether it is outdoors mxgp or America supercross.

The depth of US nationals might drop significantly in coming years because of this series (and MXGPs too). Will WSX be able to attract all of the factory level riders? Nope. But some of them. Then add the top level privateers like Starling that will definitely choose this over nationals if they get the opportunity.

There is already a big difference in speed and ability from the top riders to the 20th-30th riders in US nationals but that could become massive.

My take is different than spotme10dollars but totally in line with DonM and 8tensolutions.

spotme10dollars you have to be unfamiliar with MXGP to think World SX is going to impact MXGP in the slightest as they are on different end of the spectrum. MXGP top riders on a team many on works equipment and that is the opposite from how World SX has been described. Same for US SX that has full manufacturer support with the top riders so that doesn't fit the world SX model either.

For the love of everything Moto I hope RWR isn't just a place filler so he can make a paycheck. Their Nascar operation is laughable at best.

Look, I hate that you're making very valid posts. I've been nut hugging wsx since it was announced and I'm starting to worry.

I keep hearing that there's a tentative schedule for 2022, where can I find it?

Website shows there's going to be 3 rounds this year. None of the locations have been revealed yet.

3 rounds now? And still no schedule? Just when I was beginning to be optimistic.
