Anyone know the best place to get a new rm-z450? Asking before I start beating the bush locally. It's time for another suzuki. The YZ isn't cutting it.

A bunch of hippies who wouldn't buy one regardless of what they change.

If you watch the video posted in the thread about the new KX 450, you can see a couple RM-Z's racing. I didn't watch the whole thing closely but they did pull one up onto the podium for the rider intros. Can't see the kick starter side but it sure looks like the old bike in the video. I suppose if you were interested, you could pay close attention to the beginning of the races to see if they kick start it or if it has e-start.

To be fair, it is also the 2021 photo, so it's not as if they are above rolling that pic out for several years.

For historical purposes: For their last major update for 2018, they first ran the new bike for the June 2017 All-Japan National.

The same year, the first look at the current (2018+) Yamaha was at the 3/23 race.

Suzuki no longer competes in the All Japan Nationals. They pulled out around they same time they axed their MXGP effort, end of 2017.

There are Suzuki's racing in the video posted in the thread...I don't know if they are "factory" bikes but I'd imagine if there was a new bike on the horizon, we would see it there first.

Either way, last time there was a new bike on the horizon from Suzuki, we didn't see it at Japan nationals until the summer week of its worldwide media release.

If I could find a low hour one of those now, I’d buy it! Fantastic bike!
