As we chat about Eli climbing up the SX all time win list, I believe he will end up 2nd all time if he continues to race beyond this year. He might get to RC yet before the lights dim on 2022. Which got me thinking, does the King get 72 wins if each main was 20:00? I know A LOT of his wins were total yawners as he was so far out front, but more time on the clock means more lappers, more chances for carnage, further track deterioration...Does this change anything?

BTW, when's a GOAT no longer the GOAT?
I’m a biased Larocco fan so you won’t convince me otherwise!!!
It got to where I’d hope he tanked the start so the race for the lead would be fun to watch.
Pit Row
So three (potential titles) and third on the all time win list…second all time is still probably RC…because a few more wins, wouldnt trump RC’s 5 titles….but third all time isn’t that bad (but debatable between him and RV).
Really makes you wonder if RC could have stacked up another 10-ish wins had he stuck around until he was 30. Crazy to think he retired at 27 or whatever
It is not just about race wins.
Post a reply to: Does 72 wins still happen with 20:00 mains instead of 20 laps?
