So it’s a start.
But I will not take any posts down til I get all my money back. I will keep posting and spreading the word. I like many others here can not afford to give $1000($800) of my hard ea nee money away for free. But Terry does not give a crap that I worked a week to make that money.
Had to take off work all day and drive up and back to get my engine back.
This started for me in July 2021 and here I’m still dealing with this bill shit!
I want my $800 back now Terry!
Was there like 100 other motors he had to dig through to get to yours?

If it was my shit I'd go get it in person even if the cost was about the same as the parts I recovered but for those that aren't willing to get in a physical or verbal confrontation or are just way too far away then why dont you try contacting the FBI. I know this sounds dramatic and narc like but he is operating an ongoing scheme across the entire Country and beyond which would make this a federal crime and so if reported I'm assuming the FBI would have to take action. By him taking money electronically and using the internet and phone in his scheme then that is wire fraud. By him getting things mailed to him in his scheme that is mail fraud. I could be wrong I'm not giving legal advice but it wouldn't hurt to make a call. Also if you do call make sure to follow up several times a month. Don't just call once or twice and say oh well I tried, you have to be persistent for ppl to get anything done sometimes so be shameless and stay on top of your contact person. Just a thought, not sure if this was brought up previously in the thread but put your federal tax dollars to work for you and give them a call.

You maybe right and I would be willing to jump on board if I don’t get my money returned to me.

And for the record when I went and got my engine there was no verbal agreement at all.
I asked Terry what the hell was going on ? I want my engine and money right now.
He said come around front and unlocked the door, place was a mess as pictured, He dug around for my engine. Was still all packed up(besides my check).
Terry is just a bum, that scams people out of their money to keep things going another day, he is not looking for a fight, he knows he is wrong!

If he has your engine or parts you need to go get it in person.

I know he "was" a engine guru, but pretty sure i would be uneasy trusting an engine that was built in those conditions...good lord if you are going to have a business be professional. Sorry for all those taken advantage of by this guy due to his formal reputation

I think for you guys maybe try Internet fraud route.

I was Lucky the guy from the BAR got it done for me.

As usual the bottom line is DO NOT SEND HIM ANYTHING.

He appears to only do work for his Brocal buds, that keep touting what a great guy he is. That goes for a number of National magazines too. I'll bet they know the real story too.

I have had many people pass away ,my dad at 60 from cancer( Vietnam agent orange) , friends, grandparents.
If anything it made me more humble and give respect to people in general.
It made me see that life is short for some and you never know.
All I wanted was a bad ass yz125.
In stead I got scammed. And I am still being scammed since July 2021.
I wake up in the night , thinking about what my $800 did for Terry Varner. How he spent it.
