If it was my shit I'd go get it in person even if the cost was about the same as the parts I recovered but for those that aren't willing to get in a physical or verbal confrontation or are just way too far away then why dont you try contacting the FBI. Yup that’s the plan if I do not get paid soon. And there is no off season where I live. As a matter of fact if there are seasons here the season is now as it’s desert season. However, the multiple local tracks are open year round. So you must be sitting in the Midwest

I had to look into taking a guy to small claims court. I knew it would be unlikely he would show and even less chance of him paying voluntarily. If I won and he didn't pay, I had options. I could've garnished wages, tax returns etc. I could've put a collection claim on any assets (house,cars, boats). So basically if he didn't pay he could never sell anything or put anything in his name until paid. Yes, interest is added. You may never get paid but it makes their life difficult until they pay up. Not sure how CA laws...

Surprised nobody has suggested a few of you guys who have had your shit basically stolen by him get together and just sue him. Surely you have evidence through shipping dates and such that he has had your product as well as any communication with him on what he has and intended services.

12/16/2021 1:50pm I texted Terry this morning asking him about EJ Racings motors. Told him to get them done. No reply. Sorry for EJ that the BAR did help. They got my motor back for me. People should go right to his Facebook page and post this and other comments. He sure doesn't like that.
