A little deeper down the rabbit hole, if he is deliberately taking customers’ money and parts to pay to complete previous jobs and this can be proved in court via forensic accounting, then there’s a possible case for mail fraud and wire fraud because he’s alleged to be defrauding customers via mailed payments and property deliver, and electronic communication and payment delivery.
This has transcended poor customer service and entered the realm of criminal, if all of these claims are true. I’m not an attorney, but if anyone has a friend practicing law, working in the DA’s office or law enforcement, this would be an interesting case to get a professional opinion.

And there is no off season where I live. As a matter of fact if there are seasons here the season is now as it’s desert season. However, the multiple local tracks are open year round. So you must be sitting in the Midwest
You must get on a plane and drive to his shop and get your stuff back.
I drive up there to that shit hole town and got my stuff back. Terry has some serious issues.
