Audio and broadcast issues with supercross

Bikes are way louder than the commentators, when they replay a crash there’s no split screen to see the crash, and can hear Blair and will do post race interviews during commercials. Not sure if peacock has these problems or just the international viewers. I expect a lot more while spending $170 a year. Don’t remember any of these problems last year, pretty damn disappointed

Nah, peacock definitely had the same terrible mixing.

Hearing Blair talk to rc in the break about the track was interesting tho , not seeing the replays is annoying

Best audio in 15 years. The engine sound should be louder than the broadcasters. It’s a Motorsport not a talking sport.

Don’t worry they are getting it figured out. They’ve only been working on it since 1989. They’ll get it dialed soon.

It plays the audio during the commercial and then it plays with the video after, I always enjoy what Blair has to say

It was fine till they were following Stank around on the 125, they made the bikes louder so you could hear the 2 stroke. Never switched it back? If we all can hear it how can they not tell????

Peacock comes with my Comcast subscription. Audio is definitely wonky this week. This race is also being broadcast on USA. Network. Peacock comes through in hi def, USA looks like I’m watching through dirty glasses, with the wrong prescription. Also, peacock lost connection to the race feed during the heat races, but it’s back now. Nothing is ever easy.

The only audio I'm having problems with is listening to Leigh Diffey and Will Christian.

Yeah definitely thought they’d fix the missing replays this week, but they’re still m.i.a.
At least we got timing this week, but the season points graphic at the end wasn’t visible either….

For the exorbitant price we have to pay for the international stream, we should be getting a premium service instead of the budget version.

$170/yr!? Holy F*CK, sounds brutal. Maybe try the mute button on your telly champ?

Yes I pay the 170 as well and don’t get to see the final rider positions at the end of the race. Or the points standings after the race is over. Hear Ricky talking about it but nothing on the screen. Same with hearing Ricky talk about a replay but screen is showing something else. Hope it gets sorted.

I think they must have a bunch of high school students running the broadcast. Like no joke, did they not go back last weekend as watch the train wreck of a show they put on? I’m just glad us international viewers can watch it. However, there really is 0 excuse in this day and age to have a professional sporting event broadcasted this poorly.

Yes it's certainly frustrating as these features worked 2018-2021 since the streaming option was made available in Canada.

You can give some constructive feedback back to the producer on Twitter: @bondoTV
I'm not sure what the issues are on their end, but he has at least acknowledged they are working on them.

I liked the volume this way better than how it normally is where you can’t even hear the bikes

Is it just me or does RC sound like he’s got a mouth full of Cotten sometimes? I only hear it when he’s off camera.

David Bailey and I are doing our own commentary for the races… find it on Spot Network! Click the Saturday Night Live icon, turn TV volume down and turn us up. Might have to pause TV to get timing synced up.

That might be like one of the stupidest things I’ve ever fukn read dude. I’ve never once gone “oh wow I couldn’t quite hear that bike shame I wonder what it sounds like” but it’s superbly fucking annoying when I have to have the fackin valves of a star having yz250f bouncing through my skull to be able to hear ricky talk about dem lonnnnng legs 😑

Keep paying for streaming and that is all you will get. Why drive the sport off of network TV? The price will keep going up and the quality will not get any better. Peacock is horrible in my area buffers all the time this is why I will not pay for it.

I recorded the race on USA Network and also I have peacock as it comes free with the the rip off Cox cable.
Anyway about halfway through the 450LCQ the audio was really fucked up, meaning it would go silent every few seconds!

I wasn't sure if it was the TV or what but tried multiple things and finally had to give up! So I went back to peacock but because I watch the DVR broadcast delayed the peacock was halfway through the main and I had to turn it off quickly because I didn't want to hear any spoilers!

Then I had to wait 45 minutes after that was over before I could watch it from where the fuck up started, halfway through the LCQ and it was fine on peacock.

What does all this rambling say?
I cannot believe after all these years they flip flop networks and then USA Network is all jacked up. Angry

What a shitshow and yes I remember the days waiting 10 months for the USGP on ABC.

They do not seem to be having these issues with the poker championships. Dry
