Groundbreaking stuff considering the specs on paper. If these guys can supply the bikes according to the demand, the other traditional OEMs are in trouble (unless they also have something coming but the bar seems to be set very high with the Stark).
Fucking epic if legit though
Impressed
Good looking bike and quite a surprise to say at least.
I would so much want to pre-order one, but what if the suspension/geometry turns out to be less good than the traditional mx bikes? I already had a KTM Freeride and that was a playbike, it was useless on track.
Would anyday sell my CRF and pre-oder if this turned out to have similar/competitive track/jump characteristics.
If I can charge this thing up, spend a day at the track as I do now then go home without running out of battery, I’m getting in line for one!
Pit Row
I dont give a flying fuck about zero emissions...just pure bullshit!
The only emission I care about is noise..no noise!
This bike would change my life because I could have 2 totally awesome natural terrain tracks on the 120 acre farm where I live...there are 4 houses within a 600 metre radius, so I cannot ride my gas bikes here...
Get home from work early on a weekday..go cut laps! Dream come true!
Im signing up!

A lot of good stuff going on, like the ease of maintenance (no more pistons, air filters, exhaust packings. Don't know about lubrication in the engine tho, if it needs to be changed.) Basically just ride for a day (bring extra batteries), wash bike, plug it in and go time the next day. Being silent could bring tracks closer to cities in the long run. And with the engine characteristic customization you have both a 2 stroke and a 4 stroke bike at the same time, "race" tuned to your personal specs.
Not having the sound and smell of a 2/4 stroke is lke losing the soul of the sport and I'm not a fan of that. And If I understood correclty, the front frame is carbon fiber. I've heard about carbon bicycles cracking in woods riding. How is this going to hande casing a tabletop with almost 200kg of weight?
Bike definitely looks legit.
But I think the range is slightly exaggerated.
The battery is 6kWh.
I have an ALTA with 5.8kWh battery.
And i get only 20 minutes of MX riding and around 1 hour on the trail.
And I am nowhere near pro speed.
So to get 6 hours on the trail is probably at snail pace.
Edit: NVM, Sweden
Hopefully this lights a flame up the Japs asses to start producing those E-bikes
