When I had problems with my order I was told the prints were misplaced and he found them sitting in his office. It was over two months from payment to receiving the prints and I only got them once a PayPal dispute was filed. Not worth the hassle in my opinion.
Printed and shipped in China. Totally explains the massive delays in shipping and inexpensive pricing. Petrolheads, if you are reading this do yourself a favour and support your community and get them printed locally. You'll obviously have better control of the product as well.

Had ZERO issues getting mine done and delivered. He also sent me a Hi-Res photo as well as a black/white version too.

just to help all you people out....how this works.

this is a chinese drop ship deal...not really a scam...but not far from it. order is most likely going to china to fill the order. shipping/containers from china are literally the delay...thats why he can't give you tracking because he has no idea where its at. lol.

if shipping from china was caught up and working flawlessly, probably wouldn't even be aware of this. but i suspect the seller doesn't want to disclose how/where this all originaets from. wouldn't surprise me if the actual shipper/seller is chinese either.

i work in an industry that battles chinese imports non-stop. right now all our customers are flocking to us because they can't get anything from china. its really quite nice to finally have a fair playing field again. china subsidizing their companies allowing them to offer cheap undercutting of american product has been the demise of many in our industry. Smile

I’ll never understand why people make excuses for these types of clowns, you don’t take people’s money and then string them along for months and there’s no excuse for doing so. If there’s a personal problem, tell the costumer the truth and let them decide if they want to wait for their order or receive a refund, it’s not hard.

If anyone ever orders from my store and I know there will be some sort of unforeseen delay, I shoot them a quick email right away to let them know of the problem and when they can expect to receive their order. Obviously in a perfect world this would never happen, but occasionally it does for a small business and how you handle it makes all the difference.

I ordered some poster art from a company here in the US and they shipped to me from India. No problem with getting the product. I submitted the photos and they verified what it would look like. Once I gave the ok about two days later I got a tracking number and I had the product in under two weeks.

Just seen this post, i know its abit late for some but please google kool canvas and look at the reviews, this man chris campbell is the owner of both these companies and i do believe there is another called lazydog..hes been doing this stuff for years and owes hundreds of people alot of money...buyers be very aware, if you see him at motor sport venues and you do want his goods only buy if you can take away that day, he was recently at the british motor show doing the same and the organisers was made aware of him and he wont ever be allowed back, silverstone, beaulieu auto parts show, brands hatch and thruxton, goodwood all know him aswell.. and yes i was a victim aswell. Ordered a steve mcqueen canvas for 65 and still havent got it and that was 3yrs ago and he has since changed company name and vacated his last registered premises.

Just wanted to add my own experience - not good.

I met them at the Kop Hill show in the UK. They had a stand and I ordered 3 prints and was told they would be delivered the next week. The receipt even stated 'delivery within 5 days'.

I have left voicemails and emails but have just been ignored. A month on I've had to start the tortious process of opening a dispute with my credit card company.

This is just rude an unacceptable behaviour. I cannot imagine how much money this guy has taken from people who do not chase him!

You'd have to contact them and send them an example. You upload a photo and can select different filters (Black & White, Digital Paint, Oil Painting, Comic Book, Etc.)

With the holiday's coming up soon, it could make a great X-Mas gift. Upload a picture of yourself, kids, riding buddy, etc.

I posted screen shots of our whole conversation so you could get both sides of the story I really don’t understand how you can get it’s just one side of the story when multiple people have the same screenshots as me and after reading ain’t enough proof of this guy smooth talking everyone which I knew I was getting dicked around at the end then giving the guy months and months to ship me the stuff which never came, but once I posted on vital he was ready to message me, when usually it was me writing him first with no response, the guy said he’d give me a refund which he did but I would need to pull this post down after reading all the same stuff he’s done to others like he did me I just left it up because I think people need to know about this dude and how he works his words.

Most likely when Langham contacted him he looked up who he was. Seen he was a trusted, regular to Vital so yeah get this guy his stuff right away. Get some good PR and hope this mess goes away for a while and then hook some more suckers.

I did delete them. I never intended to defend him, I’m sorry it was taken that way. I only posted my experience with him, as I was already in the process of buying one, before you posted this. I almost called cancelled it after reading your post, but went ahead and followed through with it. The purchase went as promised and I received it on time.

It always sucks to see people getting ripped off or jacked around, so I’m glad you got your money back in the end.

He screwed me as well (see screenshots above) I had to file claims with PayPal to receive my money back. Pretty sure his "painting" are actually modified printings from photos.

He doesnt do any of his own artwork, when he ran kool canvas he ended up screwing the person who done the files for his artwork to download for printing, its on the google reviews i think.. no prints are painted by him, im sure they are imports because i got my print from etsy in the end and it was identical to the one i originally wanted, and have seen it on other sites aswell...and i was told to contact him via instragram so he can makes things right, cant be arsed now, as the mrs threw the receipt away recently as we did try tracking him down but he closed the shop and changed company names, its a lesson learnt and i dont want him to have my private address anyway..and yes its funny how you cant comment on instragram.

This company is an absolute joke. We paid a deposit at Farleigh VMXdN in September and paid in full on the Monday by bank transfer. He said our order would delivered by the end of the week. We're still waiting. He has completely ignored several texts and emails, those that he has replied too he's fobbed us off with excuses and when challenged over the phone became abusive and threatening.

He immediately went on the defensive sending a bunch of pics of art ready to sell, videos of stuff getting printed, etc. followed by "yeah, we just print all this for fun".

Sounds like a total asshole.

I saw Star Racing Yamaha promoted him on Instagram. Maybe they are not aware? Last thing he needs is legit people endorsing him.

I can vouch for Rob, have seen his work up close, its very good, but as its bespoke, dont expect Chinese print prices. .

And he is nowhere near as miserable as he seems. ;-)
