I heard the biggest reason they didn’t let him go last year was bike reliability in the deep sand.

They have no rider going, so they won’t need to say no.

I think Tony Alessi would be a great manager! He’d have less of a chance to be bias than even Mitch. I had no idea RD was “playing favorites” like that. He’s still my hero, and always will be…but if he’s doing that shit, he absolutely needs to be removed.

This may have been said, but how about McGrath as the team manager? Roger had a good run, but sometimes new blood is good. We have lost 10 years in a row, for various reasons. Sometimes a shake up is good thing. These young guys know MC and he has been winning rider himself so he knows what it takes. MC is very level headed and I feel would be very organized. He is also very well connected within the sport.

I love MC, but I'd rather see Dunge, Villo, or RC simply because of their outdoor chops.

Teams and manufactures are not patriotic to any country...having little to gain and lots to lose if their top rider gets injured and if their team does not support a rider they aren't going. Riders are in similar position, possible injuries and getting bagged on for not winning. Patriotism in US just isn't enough for some of US riders to push to go to MXON.

I have been to 3 MXON's and numerous supercross and pro nat's. The MXON's are by far the best fan experience and racing because there are so many unknowns and I cheer like hell for US riders, the atmosphere is crazy and personally I would like to see the top outdoors riders go,
A good example of American Patriotism is on display by the US Olympic teams. Embarrassing to me.
