9.99/month is well worth it in my opinion to get no commercials, live broadcasts of all motos, and watching qualifying as well. I don't get why people aren't doing this.

And you can cancel it at the end of the season if you like…

If you already pay for cable, how many of the "just get this subscription" do you have to pay "just 9.99 a month" for to be able to watch what you want since apparently cable isn't enough?

Again Vitards living up to the name and missing the point.

NBC Sports has the long delay because of the Olympics, so we asked if we could go ahead and show all four moths live on MAV-TV, which they okayed, so all four motos live on MAV-TV as well as Peacock from Washougal.

I defiantly do not pay for cable. I have prime, Netflix and peacock. had youtube tv till they jacked the price way up. Still dont have enough time to watch all the stuff on those. Personally I think cable is a huge rip off. YoutubeTV is a much better value if you have to have that type of media.

Was going to ask why they couldn't all be shown on MAV because of Olympics. Awesome, thanks DC!

Maybe update the subject line so everyone can know that both moto's will be on MAV.

Lol.... because most people won't pay to watch a commercial... in my world, I can't see why anyone would actually pay for the right to watch marketing.... some people's programming is super strong, and would literally pay for anything, and do it while trying to convince others to do the same....

Cable is dying my dude. It’s your prerogative to keep clinging to an outdated model, but you can’t be griping that technology is leaving you behind if you choose to not move with it.

I was on vacation this weekend and watched all the motos 3 hours later from both a tablet and a computer. I never once thought to check a guide for when I could watch it.

"Vitards" are still paying for cable.

The rest of us cut that cord years ago and only pay for services we use.

I have Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, Disney+ and Peacock. Total? Less than 50 bucks a month and I have all the shows and movies I could possibly want to watch.

Cable became obsolete about 9 years ago...but hey, keep lobbing insults around out of frustration derivative from your lack of understanding. It's entertaining at the very least.

I don't have cable... So try again. Theres still places in this country where cable is the only option because internet quality isn't good enough to stream everything, believe it or not. I know many people in this situation.

Peacock premium is free with Comcast. All motos live all year without commercials and you can watch anytime once the motos are done. Pretty awesome to be able to watch from the track or wherever you are a long as there is service also.

And at a $500 upfront cost and then $100 a month after, not really appealing right now.

You can easily pay direct tv and internet bundle for $80 a month if you call and threaten to cancel once a year for the people with the crappy internet.

It's easy for people that have always had access to great internet to weigh in and say "just do this."

no one told anyone to do anything. just showing what is out there. Paying for cable tv works also. just watch it two weeks later.

I held out on getting Peacock but wish I didn't. I bought it for a year and saved some cash. Like being able to watch on demand as I am always busy on Saturday afternoons. I really like the Weege's Pre and Post race shows too. He has it dialed.

Stubbornness is not an excuse. I truly lived in the middle of nowhere for part of my life, so to say you can't get internet access in the US is just ignorance.

Being able to get internet and being able to get fast enough internet that works with all streaming services are 2 different things. My internet works fine for YouTube, Netflix and normal surfing but peacock buffers nonstop when trying to watch the races. It’s above my pay grade to know why but that’s my real world experience

This response is what I expect from someone that's never tried streaming tv from satellite internet. Having internet access isn't the problem. It's the quality. If I gave you a bicycle for your 45 mile commute to work, well you have access to transportation, don't be stubborn.

If the satellite internet isn’t cutting it, then stream it via 4G/LTE/5G phone or mobile hotspot. I’ve watched the races on all these without issue.

If you live in an area that somehow doesn’t have fast enough satellite internet access and no cell service, that’s on you IMO.
