Sad story. But could only make it 6 minutes in, then skipped thru only to hear Jase going full Rogan talking about how this podcast is a “stream of consciousness”. But as sad as that story was (anytime someone loses their best friend is sad af), the dude is such a Weiner.
How does his relationship with his father excuse any of the ridiculous shit he uploads to YouTube for clicks. If anything, his mental capacity to think “great, my fathers going to be out of the picture and dead soon so now I can finally go to the races by myself” is a scary snapshot of how this guy actually thinks.

I tried listening to the pod to see if he could give any explanation of his views. Johnny can’t even put together a complete sentence let alone flesh out any of the crazy shit he talks about. it was unbearable to listen to. Jase would ask him a question and he would go off on some crazy tangent that did not answer the question or have anything to do with it. It was literal word vomit. Of all the interviews with Jase I’ve heard this one sounded particularly painful for him, at least the 25 minutes I made it through.

Lmfao, half of the thread titles on here are freaking clickbait. So what if he titles his vids the way do does. If a certain content creator rubs you the wrong way or you dont like his stuff. Make it so Youtube doesnt recommend it to you. For instance, I hate the Paul brothers and their crappy videos so I have youtube remove them. It really is that easy.

I have no idea who this Hopper guy is and I’ve been a big fan of this sport for the last 30 years. Anywho, I listened to a little bit of that podcast last night. He seems like a pretty big whiner and and blames everyone but himself for the way he acts.

I had no idea who Hopper was, I guess because I don’t click every stupid YouTube vid that pops up.

When I say hard to listen to, it’s obvious this guy has some mental and learning issues and those kind of issues you don’t normally work out on public airwaves or nowadays, social media.

This dude is not media but instead a fan with a YouTube channel. He has his ideas and all but it’s hard to listen to a person struggle to complete a thought without getting sidetracked. Somebody needs to get him some ADD meds.

I just looked him up. He qualified for 1 pro race. Utah 2015 where he took 33rd.

I forced myself to listen to an hour and a half before I threw the towel in. It doesn't get any better and he doesn't make any sense.

I think Johnny Hopper and Superfan Dylan would get along well...

FYI - anyone with a Pro card could have gotten 27th at Salt Lake Supercross this year, just by paying an entry fee. They could say they got 27th and say that Hopper sucks. No one in history would remember/realize that no one showed up to the race LOL. I think only 23 or 24 guys actually made it to the LCQ too. In this case, a lot of people on this page could do this.

I don't understand this "Believe his BS" line that everyone always says.

If you watch his videos he never says "This is what happened and this is how it happened." He always puts everything out as a question or opinion "I think this may be happening and this is what I see." I have never heard him say something and stamp it as absolute truth. He's just another opinion like hundreds of other opinions out there.

But the other opinions are based on actually talking to someone that knows…Hopper’s are made up in his head as no one will talk to him, so he’s just taking what he hears from people who actually did the work and then uses his imagination to enhance….I guess there’s people that buy those mags at the checkout and believe it to be true…Hopper and Cooksey are no different…They are not legitimate sources for what’s going on in the sport…Cooksey can’t even get a press pass because of his BS

I first came across his stuff because he had some good technique tutorials I thought were pretty well done, plus he would post some riding footage here and there and he always seemed like a pretty down to earth guy. I dont know if he's trying to create some "alter-ego" in an effort to boost his youtube earning potential, but I've unsubscribed for sure. He's definitely not doing himself any favors as one of these moto conspiracy commentators.
