I no longer have a role at Engine Ice.

After more than 20 years, it is time to move on and leave Engine Ice to its new caretakers. I am proud of what I and my family created and accomplished. I will miss some of the day to day operations and talking to customers. I look forward to seeing what the future brings myself and my family, as well as Engine Ice.

I will always be the Founder of Engine Ice and I will always be Engine Ice Dave.

My wife and I can now move on to other things, including long vacations and some time with our first grandchild.

Thank you to Steve Overdeck and the staff at Kost USA for their support over the years and seeing the potential in Engine Ice Hi-Performance Coolant, now taking it to even greater levels. Thank you also to Scott Lukaitis who was my right hand and COO for the last few years and was wisely retained by Kost USA as part of the new Engine Ice team. Also good luck to Bryan Emrich who is now at the helm of Engine Ice as president.

So for the moment, I’m retired. I wish the best to everyone moving forward.

See ya around. Be well.

David A. Kimmey aka Engine Ice Dave
Retired guy looking for a hobby

I also have to add, thank you to GuyB. He and others are admittedly a large part of our success. Thank you Steve and the VitalMX team for your kindness and generosity.

Congratulations Dave!

Scott is a great person to have running operations.

Lots of luck with what's next!

Awesomeness!
I met you years ago at a Supercross and always enjoy reading your post here.
I absolutely love an unplanned future.
Hope you do also.

Congrats and enjoy Dave. Engine Ice was one of my first "sponsors" nearly 20 years ago back in the sponsorhouse.com days and I've had it in every bike I've owned since then. I met you once briefly in passing in the pits at Loretta's in 2005, but I never forgot it. Thanks for your contributions to the sport!

Enjoy your retirement, but remember when you ease up you seize up!

I sell plenty of engine ice over here in the UK btw..

Did it make you a millionaire?

I got the Magnetic Gray, doesn't show the dirt as easily. When they are clean though, the black looks just sick!

Thing hauls ass. Congrats!

I am going to get the tune done at Palm Beach Dyno, say it adds like another 50 and smooths shifting in sport.
Also the Steeda sway bar to reduce body roll

I found this place - https://www.explorerst.org

Dave - Thank you for the opportunity to come aboard and help run the business.

When Bel-Ray pulled the plug on my job, you were the first to reach out. I'll always appreciate you telling me that you didn't need me to come work with you, but you wanted me to come work with you. That means a lot.

I'm excited about what we have coming and appreciate all of the support the Powersports community has always given Engine Ice.

Thank you all. 🧊
