Absodamnlutely...on both counts!

Although I never had the opportunity to see RC and Stew go head to head outdoors...the first time I saw the video I was absolutely stunned at how fast they were going, and going at each other. It is very fun to watch! They were damn sure on a whole 'nother planet.

Ill definitely agree on the RC/Stew topic but I have to say I've never understood the upset over the lites term. It essentially sums up what the class is and given the fact that most pros who raced the class still refer to it as the lites class yesrs later shows it doesn't bother them but to each their own.

Lites class sounds like a Tuesday night series at Chicken Licks raceway. It doesn't sound like a Pro class where the top guys are racing for 6 figures and hundreds of thousands of dollars in race/championship bonuses

Besides going to the races for work for a few years, I would have been fine if I never saw a race again after witnessing these guys battle in person in the stadium and at an outdoor or two. To witness James' 2 motos at GH on the Kawasaki 450 the year he went 24-0 was insane as well. Not sure that track will ever be ridden as fast and flawlessly as it was that afternoon in San Bernartucky.

Agreed. 2007 was also the RV/BT battle year in the "Lites" class. That was great racing.
