Not covid as the riders get tested before they enter pits but he was throwing up after his heat race and was “sick” blocked nose coughing ect so at altitude that stuff would suck and could affect breathing but not covid plenty of other common bugs or sickness still around they can’t just disappear now covid is here .

Lol. I don’t know what you are so mad about. I can care less if he has it or not. Where I get it from is a cold along with a bad cough is all COVID symptoms so it’s not exactly mind blowing to have a thought that he may have it. I was just curious if anyone thought the same. And I know he was tested which does not matter if he just got it. The test can come back negative. I just thought to myself he is lucky if he actually did get COVID that the season is over so good timing.

I can't believe how dense people can be that this has to be explained but by your own post it proves he doesn't have it. He's symptomatic and covid has around a 2 week incubation period before becoming symptomatic (which is why we have 2 week quarantines). Since he is symptomatic it would mean he has had it around two weeks but was tested before the race per protocol which means it's not covid and likely just a cold and cough.

don't try and argue the correct use of terms, i've tried this before and this is one that bugs me, it doesn't make any sense.

To clarify:
I could care less means you care
I couldn't care less means you don't have the capacity to care less. I.e your Care stocks have crashed. You have zero cares.

It's almost as bad as double negatives "you'll never be nothing".... le sigh
