Tim and Jason there were a pleasure to deal with. Tim runs front of house, Jason did the motor. I had 120 hours on the stock motor (3 pistons) and it was in good shape. I had maxpower do a yz139 a few months back. They do a kick ass job! Luckily they don’t take after Terry, they finished my motor in less than 2 weeks!

Want to check back in on this forum. This week marks one year since I sent my motor to Terry, still will not answer my phone calls and I have zero contact with him at the moment. Just wanted to see if anyone else got their motor back recently or have had contact with Terry himself and why he went silent again. Really want to get this motor back as red sticker season in California is coming to a close this month and would like to ride this summer.

Seems like everyone wants someone else to do the work for them. I’d have already drove to the shop if it was me. Luckily, I sent mine to Tom Morgan.

I feel bad that Terry has done you and so many wrong. Your best option at this point seeing how Hollister is only 5 hours from his shop is to get in your car and make the trip to pick up your engine. No one wants to drive that distance but it's probably the only way you're getting it back this year.

Whatever you are doing to get YOUR stuff back isn’t working. Time to try something else. Quit calling him. Quit coming on here complaining about it. You had a member here offer to get your stuff back for you. Theres nothing anybody here can do for you besides hold your hand and take you to Varner himself, ain’t happenin. Man up, make the drive, get your shit back and try someone else.

RonJon sent his YZ125 engine in December and got it back in February. He doesn’t see what the big deal is.

I have been watching this thread from the sideline and if i was living in USA i would have gone to Varner and picked up my engine, parts and the usd 1900 i paid up front in september 2019 but i live in Norway so due to the pandemic i am Even not allowed fly to US. I filled a claim at BAR and have got it written from Terry that the engine would be ready by april 9th..still no engine. So my next step is civil court which i intend to do so my advice is to join that or pick up your stuff asap as this guy is going down

Any update, varner has had my 97 cr125 engine since dec 2019
