As I predicted in a thread last week where he attacked me he wasn’t going to last long.....all he wanted to do is troll and see how many down votes he could get....but as we all know he will reincarnate again....

In regards to your first paragraph, not really. They're testing for outdoors, not SX. Two different disciplines and they require different set-ups. The only real benefit for AC to race the last 5 rounds would be that he'd keep himself in "race mode". That would be fine if the nationals started 2 weeks after SX ended, but that's not the case. I would think getting an outdoor setting and being comfortable on the motorcycle before the 1st round of the nationals would be more beneficial to him and Kawasaki. An extra month of testing goes a long way.
We might not have sponsors like McDonald's, Amazon, Coca-Cola, but we have Monster, Rockstar, and Red Bull that pay the bills. I wouldn't be surprised if the Kawi team had discussions with Monster about AC not racing the last 5 rounds.
Why? Some teams/sponsors require a certain amount of bikes to be on track to fulfill their obligations. If it was an issue, they would've got someone to fill his spot for those 5 remaining rounds. That doesn't appear to the case. If Kawasaki feels like Eli is getting them the exposure needed in SX, so be it.
Would I like to see him out there for the last 5 rounds? Of course, but I understand that not everything is as simple as it seems.
What do you ride???
Apparently it's disrespectful to their teams to come in healthy and fully prepared for outdoors and give them a chance at winning a championship, dunno what sort of logic this is.
Pit Row
But, damn, it IS funny!
Don't get me wrong, I understand why he did it, but he could have simply been honest. JMart was. Honestly, they just need to get rid of the pointing out rule, but that's another topic.
Don’t blame the riders blame the sport
Pretty sure the clipping has been on Guyb's to do list for a while and this thread triggered his "oh yeah been meaning to do a little house work" /click
