I've never done business with Varner, and guess what, I don't need to do business with him to know he's a complete clown that should put away his tools and close up shop or simply do local work.
Taking more work than you're capable of doing just so you can continue to cash in people's money is not how you operate a business. You either hirer staff to help you move the backflow of work forward or you decline/refer work to someone else. Taking people's money and not completing the work is theft.
People are not questioning Varner's work. That speaks for itself.
It's the way he goes about operating his business that is pissing people off.
You had a great experience with Varner, great. Just because you had a great experience using him it doesn't mean there's not plenty of other's that experienced the complete opposite from him.
