Few pictures of my 05 rm250 Iam building, was going to do a RC replica but think Iam going another direction with the build. This bike was completely beat when I got it for 1,000. Cylinder was damaged and didn’t run, Brad @parapros did the bottom work and Nick @powdertech did the vapor blasting and Powdercoat, Jeff @ mxlifestyle_coatings has done all my cerakote on the motor in sniper grey. I will add pictures as the bike comes together.

Nice ride man, seems like the RM is a really sought after bike like the Honda CR, which is going to be my next project.

Thanks I really love the way it handles the corners ...feels really light! And at my age of 66 I can’t use all the power! the suspension really works! On jumps it seems more stable!
I installed some Pirelli Mx Extra tires from Moto sport they were cheap but they really work Great! No lack of traction! I kinda like the 2stroke over the 4....might go for a new TM 250 when I tire of this...
I will keep checking on your updates...you really look like you’re doing a really Super Build!
I wasn’t sure how I would like the bike but maybe in the future I’ll do a more custom build..
Keep up the great work!
Warren

That engine is clean. Looks so good. I sold my '05 a couple years ago...didn't know how good I had it back then! Great bikes for sure.

Looks great so far man! If I remember correctly, you helped me out a lot with sending over parts to the UK for me from lightspeed and pro circuit when I built my YZ!

Did you do anything to the fork lugs before sending them off for anodizing? Like polishing?

No nothing was polished, next time i would probably have the shock body polished to make it look a little cleaner to better match the fork tubes.

My buddy Jeff built the wheels for me, picked up my suspension from being anodized and lowers getting the DLC coating. I’ll drop them off at the suspension shop next week. Hope to be a roller soon!

How long did you have to wait for these? Carbon companies have a bad reputation for long lead times. Ask me how I know lol.
