It is not about speed...it is about mindset. You could see his emotions were out of control on the 1st lap the way he kicked Malcolm's bike. With a more cobntrolled mindset, that would have been a P7-P8 finish for him. Instead he gets a P13. And that is why he will never be championship material.

Barcia made a mistake that took out Mookie. The kick was funny but effective at getting Mookie's bike out of the way.
