So I sent them emails about the SD feed for Supercross, they said they were sorry for my inconvenience and are refunding my money this month, that I can still watch their content for free😩... I sent them another email saying that was not the solution I was wanting but more to fix the poor SD feed they are giving to there paying customers. More people need to send them emails so something changes, but no one probably will.

Get a router from this decade and you won’t have issues 🤷🏻‍♂️. For real people, it’s not that hard. Found replays no problem, found 2020 season no problem, streams in 1080 on my tv and haven’t had any buffering issues. People complaining either have shit wireless service or a 15 year old router. It’s not that hard people.
I agree reading through this thread has been painful and 90% of the people that have issues are on their end be it poor equipment or the empty space between their ears...I love the mentality though “it’s got to be somebody else’s fault”....

for the first race I got it to work on my iphone, then tried to mirror it to my TV and the screen just goes blank though I get the sound. I have never had an issue mirroring something from my phone to my TV, and do it all the time. then tried downloading it to my AppleTV, which the whole processes of downloading it and logging in, finding the race and getting it to play took way longer to do compared to other streaming apps I use. during the race, for some reason it kept switching over to another show, then I would have to back out of and try and find supercross again.

for the second race, I had similar issues during qualifying, and even though I am paying for the service, I did a quick search found an illegal stream that I was able to mirror to my TV and enjoy the race with out issue.

Took me 4 days to get a response. Still no email had to do a Chat. When I signed up Peacock said they supported IOS but now they say they dont support the new IOS Big Sur. Said they have no idea when they will fix the bug. Supported devices has now been changed from IOS to Safari IOS. I can go another route.

Didn’t have power at my house on Tuesday to Wednesday afternoon ( thanks SCE). Wasn’t even able to look up practice times or make phone calls because the cell towers were down. Watched the replay last night and everything worked well.

I'm still getting "this content not available on this device" message on two different laptops. Never did get to watch the race, despite paying the $4.99 plan. Two thumbs down! This is the weirdest thing I have ever seen because, it has the SX logo (it's not an error message) but they won't let me in.

Have you tried a different browser or is the one you're using current?

H1 I streamed entirely on my Mac laptop and had no issues. Picture quality was great and absolutely ZERO buffering the entire show which included qualifying.

H2 I streamed qualifying and everything but the main events on my iPhone. Again no issues and worked great. For the main events, I went to the bedroom TV and as soon as I started playing it picture quality was spotty and it buffered every couple minutes. It’s a Vizio TV and is only running on WiFi.

Switched back over to my iPhone for the last half of the 450 main and all was good again.

I have the same problems trying to stream HD football games on the TV. It might help if it had a dedicated Ethernet cable ran to it, but currently tapped out on available ports.

Windows 10 with Firefox, and also tried Edge on two different laptops. Tried logging out and back in, but no dice. I'll try clearing cookies and some other things I see on here. Same result on Chrome.

My router just has two ports, and one goes to the modem. I bought a couple of these and they’ve been flawless.

Had the Tuesday race streaming in the car on AT&T data allllll the way down I-5. Practice was on while I was up north above Sacramento and the race was on when I was down by Fresno - Bakersfield...it ended while I was up on the Grapevine.

Didn’t get to see everything; but, I got to hear all of it. Grinning

Update: I finally got it on my iphone. Full race archive wasn't on there last night, that I could find. It's a micro-screen, but I'll take it. Progress! Ricky's plaid jacket was worth the wait.

Might be coincidence, but mine works after updating Chrome. Go to the top right, click the 3 dots, go to help, go to about google chrome, then check for updates. Unless you're not using Chrome, maybe try checking for updates on whatever browser you are using. OR maybe it just got fixed by nbc and this has nothing to do with it?

Only complaint from peacock is the frame rate. It is fine for films because films have a low frame rate, but for sports it is not good enough. Just a a small complaint, and cable tv falls under this as well.

When was the last time you ran an update on your browsers? I would download the latest version of Chrome and see if that works.

Web (PC) version and Roku work just fine for me. Happy with the service overall.

For those having issues, have you tried turning it off and then back on again?

I’m streaming HD with no problems. I am having some buffering issues on my POS little Vizio in my basement gym, but all three of my LGs big screens stream flawlessly, so I’m going to blame it on the TV. That Vizio has been a PITA for the whole year I’ve owned it, but what do you expect $179, I guess. No Roku or Firestick, I just downloaded the free apps to the TVs and paid for the $4.99 subscription.

It will work on PC with chrome, My android phone and chrome but wont work on iPad Pro with chrome or safari or android tab with chrome. It's so hit and miss if it will work.

I’m assuming I may need to get newer Apple TV as both mine are only steaming audio with no picture and I can’t find the app on my leg tv or Apple TV either? Kinda weird as I had no issues with the gold package or mxgp deal? Going from my 65 inch oled screen to my iPad is kinda hard!!

You need a 4th gen AppleTV with the latest updates....see supported devices below.
