Dirt trick sprockets?

I've ran most of the house names as far as sprockets go (i.e., renthal, tag, talon, mika, prox) but recently the zirconium sprocket has caught my attention. Any feedback?

Longest lasting sprocket I’ve had. Get lots of positive comments about its look too. They are about the same weight as a twin ring sprocket.

I had one on my 450 for a long time. Out lasted any other sprocket I've tried by a longggg time until I sold the bike. Would definitely run again. I think one of the original developers went to work for another company and developed something similar. I would assume that that one is also very good.

Don’t think twice. They’re legit. I’ve had a dirt tricks sprocket outlast a wheel bearing “no cap”

I've used Dirt Tricks sprockets for years on several 450 and 500 KTMs, they look great, are strong as hell and last forever.
First I bought, everybody told me "this is gonna break real fast"... Never had a problem.
Great product.

It would be tight but don’t recommend it because you shorten the wheel base too much in my opinion

certain bikes benefit from a shorter wheelbase.

In my experience the latest Hondas do.

I just put one on my bike and so far so good. I did some weight comparisons with the sprockets I had so sharing here as an fyi for you. Seth505 on here has run one for a while and spoke highly of it, so I got one myself. Paired it with the Dirt Tricks front sprocket and a fresh chain.

Rear Sprockets
OEM 50t - 11.3 oz
Renthal 49t Aluminum - 10.3 oz
Dirt Tricks 49t Zirconium - 18.6 oz

Went up a tooth on my 18 yz450 (and all my previous bikes) no issues. Been using these sprockets for over ten years no issues! Awesome product, they last a long time, and always friendly talking to them on phone.

Been running Dirt Tricks sprockets since the late 2000’s and I won’t run anything else!

Pair it with a Dirt Tricks countershaft sprocket and a D.I.D. X-Ring chain and you have a seriously long lasting combination!!

I have been using them for a couple years. If you buy the zirconium sprocket it has a 2 year warranty.
I put about 80 (may have been 100) hours on one, sent them a pic of it and they had me send it in for a replacement. Should have it back in a couple weeks. Be sure to keep the receipt and also a good idea to register the sprocket with Dirt Tricks.
It is a one time warranty just like any other product, meaning when I receive my new one it will not have a warranty for wear just for manufacturing defect (unlikely).

They obviously will outlast a chain so keep track of hours and measure your chain for wear regularly.

Been running them on our last 2 450's and LOVE them! Was eating Renthals like candy but I think they will outlast the chain...

I only found out about them a couple years ago. I tried one when I went up a tooth on the rear of my 350. They seem durable and look great. I recently decided to buy one for my 125 also.

Found a couple photos of my last sprocket install.

Note** This sprocket took quite some time to arrive from when I ordered it, to when it was delivered. Their communication started out slow over email, but their communication was increasingly better as the delivery date became closer and at one point they did offer me a black plated sprocket in the tooth size I needed, but it was my decision to hold out for the Zirconium. They were also in the middle of moving their shop warehouse and also dealing with large amount of orders, and delays with the plating company they use. Ultimately, I will absolutely buy from them again.

Here in the Midwest, the dirt is so loamy that on a 450, I was wearing out chains and sprockets quicker than tires! I switched to X-Ring chains and Dirt Tricks sprockets a few years ago. Since then, I’ve never owned a bike long enough to see any wear at all in my final drive system. As soon as the stock components wear out, I replace them with this setup. Best in the business, and lighter than a Twin Ring (or so I’ve been told).

You can, in Sweden they go under the name "Ironman" but not sure for the rest of EU.

I have never personally ran the Dirt Tricks sprockets, but I have a few buddies that do with no issues. I run DDC sprockets. Nate Delaney is a solid guy with excellent customer service, and is always helping the moto community.

Somebody is gonna flame this product but I had real good luck with the firepower chains. Non O-ring at $32 a pop they went a long time on my kids crf250r. Available at the local Medina OH dealer.

My current X-ring is a firepower. I haven’t even had to adjust it yet. Good stuff, good price.

Great products, last forever. I have made the switch to JT steel sprockets with a quality x-ring for my bikes. I can buy three JT sprockets to one Dirt Tricks....and the steel JT stuff lasts a good bit.

I've also run the steel Supersprox out back, they look awesome and wear very well. Just gotta catch them when they are on sale.

I'm at about 175 hours on my Dirt Tricks sprocket installed on a YZ450F. Desert riding and lots of moto. Still going strong, I think I'm on my 3rd chain for this sprocket right now.

1 funny thing that I have come across while running the Dirt Tricks on my 350, was how many comments you get on it. Some good (mainly on ow it looks cool), some bad. I had an idiot down at the dealer when I was getting my tires changed. He said " you shouldn't be running that sprocket. You should get that off of there ASAP on a bike like a 350." Anyone else encounter anything similar?

You won't need a rear sprocket for years... best value/weight/performance you can get, plus the zirconium comes with a 2 year warranty.

Yep, that's funny. We used them in 2016 AX on 250's, Travis Sewell won 6 main events with them on, and I know one of the bikes from that year still has the same sprocket on it!
