Yep, he should win his 1st 450 national this weekend. Wasn't that his 1st 250 national win?

reardon may even win a round......watch this space.
grant also has JS up his sleeve ..he could easily come out and take points back for josh at a couple of rounds.
You make several good points.
And a big question is what about Reed's illness? If they cannot get him feeling better he is going to have a tough time winning this Championship.
Grant's not only fast but he has an Awesome riding style.
Nascar teams will be looking hard for ways to provide additional opportunities for their sponsors. SX/MX may be a viable, cost effective way to do so.
IMO, if Grant has something go just a little awry, he doesn't seem to be able to shake it off and go at it full speed the rest of the moto. Consistency hasn't come his way yet.
Of course, I hope I'm dead wrong as I'm really wanting him to win it! But if not him, then please let it be Shorty.
BTW.. I gotta share this photo of Shorty from my buddy Russ Erbe. It's a great capture!
I really wouldn't want to bet against Reed. I don't think he's hit his stride yet.
Pit Row
The series definitely just got a whole lot more interesting...

In fairness, other than Reed, you can say a variation of the same thing about every other remaining 450 class contender.
Especially not the first practice.
By the way, it was a bike problem last week. Changed out motors after practice and had carb problems on the new one.
so no, he doesn't....... it's Reed's to lose (or get hurt and pass it on to the next slowest person)....
As of right now well of course anyone could win the title, I mean heck RV has already won it and MA has already won it..?
