I know what the sides look like and what the Cycra front number plate looks like. My question, will the 2016 front number plate mount to my 2013 or are they different? Are the shapes different? OEM only.

I believe they changed the clamps in 15, it will fit but you have to trim the plastic so the holes fit into the clamps. I did this on my 08 with a 15-17 front plate.

if i buy 2015 shrouds to my 2014 yz 125 will they fit perfectly??

If you're talking about the radiator shrouds, yes. It's the same bike.

A little question to you YZ guys. I have some 07 YZF forks (same as YZ I am quite sure), will any kind of newer fork guards fit, or are 05-07 guards the only option for me?

Either stick with the old style or go with the new style as they both look good. DO NOT go with the restyled plastics... they look like crap.

You have another option in the lightspeed carbon fibre guards.....expensive but trick...

sry to bump but,

i just ordered the all black restyle polisport kit for my yz 2013, i believe they come with a mounting for the front fender that you need to install. does any newer yz front fenders fit if you drill the 2 back holes after that?

i want blue shrouds and a blue front fender and wondering if the stock 2015+ shrouds will fit and then the front fender after i get the restyle stuff?

A quick question for anyone who knows the answer. Does the '19 YZF front fender bolt right up to the newer 2 strokes? Not sure if I like it or not, but was considering trying it out. Also, does the number plate need changed, or does the stock one work with it? Thanks.

yes bolted right up to my '20 front plate looks fine to me.

Thank you. Looks good. I like how it looks in pics. I just havent seen one on a 2stroke in person, up close. At least I know it fits though.

I'm trying to figure out all the fitments for pre-2015 YZ's, and might help others who find this thread:

These are for both YZ125 and YZ250. My ask is that someone may help provide feedback and I can update the info, I feel like it'd be a great resource for future reference.

Lower Fork Guards
2005-2007: old bolt pattern
2008-2021: new bolt pattern, any 15+ lower guard will fit for restyle

Radiator Shrouds
2005-2021: same mounting pattern, any 15+ radiator shroud will fit for restyle

Front Fender
2005-2014: old style, any 15+ front fender will fit but may require drilling new holes (PLEASE CONFIRM IF DRILLING IS IN FACT REQUIRED)
2015-2021: new style

Front Number Plate
2005-2007: old style, old triple-tree
2008-2014: old style, new triple-tree, any 15+ front number plate will fit for restyle (PLEASE CONFIRM IF DRILLING/TRIMMING IS REQUIRED)
2015-2021: new style, same triple-tree as 08-14

Side/Airbox Covers
2005-2014: old style, old bolt-pattern. Requires new airbox for restyle - can use any 15+ plastic with new airbox
2015-2021: new style, new airbox

Rear Fender
2005-2014: old style, old pattern. Requires new airbox for restyle - can use any 15+ plastic with new airbox
2015-2021: new style, new airbox
