Speaking of pc exhaust, I’m going to be selling mine if anyone is interested. I haven’t been wanting to ride much and I have my 2 strokes still. I might buy the 21 250 next year instead. I was thinking 550 shipped. I have the original cap and stickers that will be included.

Yes it was updated by procircuit after I used it for maybe 10 hours. I have 30 total hours on it.

Selling my 19 shortly and planning to pick up a 21...debating on the moto version or the XC. When I race, its usually enduros or hare scrambles but ride a lot of moto for fun. My 19 didn't need much setup for offroad, revalved suspension, black coupler and rekluse. 18" rear wheel isn't a big deal for me, same with kickstand. Anyone go from the moto version to XC and advocate for that? Anyone have the XC and suspension is then too soft for moto?

Is it Feed side screen the one that is prone to loading up with fibers? What a TERRIBLE design. You have to split the cases to change a filter than can cause a failure!? Ridiculous. The only way you can even check this is to split the cases.....

Legacy carbon but it was a nightmare to get. Don’t bother you may never get it. The company that makes the real ones is supposed to be selling them next year.

Through PC or do they have a website?

It sucks Legacy is the way it is. I got a front rotor cover used on here and damn it’s great quality. But after reading the stories, I don’t think I could ever start an order.

The exhaust sold the first day, sorry. I’ll be selling a rekluse torq drive clutch in a few days once I take it out of the bike.

If anyone is still looking for one, I saw that Thompson’s Motorsports in Terre Haute, Indiana still has a new ‘19 left priced at $7,499.
They still have it, I seen it on cycle trader and called on it today and the guy quoted around 8400 on it after all the fees and tax. I've never bought a bike brand new from a dealership... how much could I realistically expect them to drop the price?

You could ask but there is a reason they still have a 2019 on the floor with almost everyone sold out of everything. Used seem to be around $5500-6000 in Indiana.

Mainly because of suspension! I’ve had mine revalved several times & still not happy with it! I’m thinking the oem setting might be better,

I know this has been gone over but would anybody know if the Rekluse Radius clutch off my 2017 will work on a 2019 ?

I called Rekluse and they said it will not work. I have seen a couple of used clutches for the 2019 for around 500-550. Thinking of just giving in and buying a used one off ebay or vital.

Have learned a ton from 160 pages of this thread. Thought I would share what happened to me last weekend. Main shaft bearing came apart on me while riding E street here in Northern California. My friend Tom Lamson is taking care of me for repair. Wife isn't so happy about the timing lol but what can you do. 64 hours on bike. Merry Christmas

He is splitting the cases to find the rest of the shrapnel. One can hope we are done finding damage! funny thing, happened the same spot where yours blew. Will be back soon, hope to see you out there.

Sold my 19 KX450 and picked up the new 21 KX450X the other day. Have been out for three hours on it so far and happy with it! I ride mostly midwest enduro/hare scrambles with fun riding on mx tracks. I was a little concerned that suspension would be too soft for mx but it is actually stiffer than I was expecting. Need to get a bit more time on the suspension but in comparison to my revalved 19, its plusher initially but then feels stiffer in the midstroke and at end of stroke. I plan to check fork oil level to confirm the proper amount of oil was used. Was also surprised to see sag dial in with stock springs (one rate softer front and rear than mx version) given I was using stiffer fork springs and stock shock spring on my 19.

Kickstand is dorky but its so convenient to have a kickstand lol. New 240mm rear brake is better than the 250mm version on the moto version. Eagerly awaiting Rekluse to launch the RadiusCX clutch for the new 21's and it should be pretty close. Anybody else with the 21 X further dial in suspension?

Getitn ready to re build some of the 2020 kx450 just over 20 hours on her bone stock except the front & rear suspension springs.
any hacks to the lower chain roller? TM designs or I recall you can use a 250f one? Also any final recommendation on clutch kit replacements?

16-18 KX450F lower chain roller. No extra noise.

I have the TM Designs one. It will probably outlast the bike, and I wear earplugs when I ride, so the noise doesn’t bother me.
