Certainly has serious potential to win outdoors a lot more than some of these other guys with factory support rides.
I believe it’s a family decision not to race. If I remember correctly his older brother died racing SX while an amateur. After that the family decided not to race SX.

Wasn't a SX race or track, it was at Lake Whitney and if I recall there was a lot of talk about the safety of that jump that day.

He's ending up a lot like McElrath IMO. Has the speed to win the championship, but just doesn't. The last what, three years he has been the title favorite or one of them? I hope he can tone it down enough because with Ferrandis gone, I'm not sure who can contend with him minus Martin, Craig, & maybe Cooper. I'd have to imagine at least one of those guys will be on the same coast. Hunter needs a fulll SX season & I still think Jett will have some growing pains (but I think he'll get a win this year)

Oh wow I was aware his brother passed but didn’t know they are against riding SX. I get it though and that’s too bad. I hope he gets a ride outdoors and does great. I was impressed when I watched Red Bud this year. He for sure has top 5 speed and pulled away from everyone in the first half of the Moto.

Looks like Pro Circuit has taken their secrecy tactics to the next level. Waiting until the last minute to announce who's riding which coast wasn't enough. Now they won't even announce who's on the team! Laughing

An interesting bit from this weeks PulpMx show was Steve mentioning JA21 will leave Husky for Bobby Hewitts team once his contract is up at Husky. Could we see a Factory Suzuki return with Bobby Hewitt and Jason Anderson? Obviously not for 2021, but silly season none the less.

PC announced their 4 rider team back in October, Shimoda was rumored to be added as a 5th a couple weeks ago and looks like that’s going to be official.

Well I'm german and I did know that he wanted to go over to the US but I didn't know he landed a deal, that's awesome, stoked for him! Appreciate the update. He showed blazing and flashy speed at european SX, excited to see what he can do on big SX tracks.

I also heard that Thury actually cancelled his apartment and bascially sold all his stuff to travel with 2 bags and his dog over, so really hoping for him to get the best years out of him, he is 27 now I think.

Assuming he will be under the Factory RedBull KTM semi? I really think he could do some damage and potentially be here full time
