sticecube Added a reply to 2023 KTM 250 EXC-W - First off-road build
10/23/2025 6:44pm After a pretty deep discussion with the guys over at B's MotoLab, they advised me to check into my CCPS to see if that would be the cause of my issues at WOT. I did a "quick" swap of the CCPS (KTM really couldn't make it easy to get to the damn thing). I've been wanting to ride, but have...

10/7/2025 1:45pm it’s been busy the last month so just getting around to updating this one. Rode in Chadwick, MO and definitely feel a lot more cockpit comfort just from switching out the stock bars and grips for those TwinWalls. Might do the crossbar cut for a little more flex once I start to pick up some more speed🤣 On my way...

9/14/2025 9:15pm I really am leaning into trying out the TSP kit since that's the go-to from what it sounds like. I also was really impressed with the stock tank range, seems like anyone I talk too is getting close to 85 miles on a trail ride day, and 55 miles at more of a race-pace. Will have to see what that...

9/8/2025 8:59am Forum Dwellers, Not my first go around on a bike build, however this is my first go around with a KTM, first ever brand new bike, and first ever enduro bike as well. Really hitting the trifecta on this go around lol. I'm fortunate to have a job in the industry which has created some great relationships which is what...

sticecube Added a reply to 2005 Kx250 Phase One(Back at it Again)
3/20/2025 6:51pm Neglected this for a little bit, been slammed with work between category and territory expansions, plus my 5 month old keeps me on my toes🤣 Grabbed a little bit of time today to get the OEM airbox put together and slid into the subframe, installed, slid in the shock and forks, repacked linkage and installed swing arm. A few other...

1/13/2025 8:05am I sold it a while back unfortunately, if you are needing one I would try and call PC directly, which is what I did to get mine.

1/12/2025 2:12pm Thanks for the info! I've never noticed any "stink-bug" feeling, except when I tried the ProCircuit link. Went back to the stock link and never felt that again. But maybe I will have to get a second shock to try that with. What are you running for gearing? I've historically just ran +1 on the rear, but have heard some...

1/8/2025 3:06pm As the title states, this will be "Phase One" of my 2005 KX250 build, although this will be the third iteration of this bike. Backstory: It's February of 2020, I am drowing between my 40 hour a week job, my bartending gig on Fridays and Saturdays, and also managing to take 16 credit hours at the University of Nebraska. (and...

sticecube Started a new thread Going to MXoN for the first time.
3/8/2022 9:58am Heading to RedBud this year for my first MXoN and first redbud (unless I make the drive for the National this year) experience. Any advice on hotels, where to park, things to avoid, etc from those who go for the National or went to MXoN in 2019? Was it a cool experience for you?

12/8/2021 6:54pm If you stay anywhere in OKC (hotel, at the track, airbnb, etc.) have your shit locked up. Went to OMC for a weekend in march and had my gearbag and cooler jacked after mistakenly leaving my buddys truck unlocked. MF'rs will poach anything that isn't tied/locked down.

7/29/2021 9:49am Plenty of underdogs who are getting minimal support, or just float under the radar: 250/450 Pro-Sport: Austin Black, Brandon Ray, Preston Kilroy are probably my top 3 sleepers, maybe add TJ Rios or Jack Chambers to that list. "B" class: Caden Braswell and Preston Beospflug don't get a lot of shine behind the Star/Kawi kids. Both are serious threats for...

2/4/2021 1:03pm I appreciate the link MAV, but unfortunately R-Tech wont ship to the USA currently which is a bummer. I'm hoping I can find some used or new ones here in the US

12/20/2020 6:48am People complaining that they don’t like it because it’s illegal. Yet illegally go ride at Beaumont and Reche canyon. “You’re being a bad role model for the kids stop riding illegally you’re giving our hobby a bad name!” Some people live their lives. Some people worry about how others live their lives....

12/17/2020 3:33pm I like your take on it. It definitely had that skateboard vibe to it. Made me think of the Birdhouse "The End" video, specifically Heath Kirchart, and Jeremy Klein's part. Probably why I liked it so much.

12/17/2020 2:48pm I'm more into snowboarding, I really loved the movie "LANDLINE" by Vans Snow that was dropped a few years ago, which also gives a somewhat similar vibe. But I'm glad someone has a positive attitude towards it, I feel like moto needs stuff like this to help bring back in those outside sponsors, or even just generate more buzz around...
