When i was younger i had a chance to go and look at the owner of our local shops collection and really didn’t appreciate it. Today i was luckily enough to go back and really look and appreciate what i was looking at, to be completely honest i had no idea what half the bikes were due to me being only 20. I was able to grab a few pictures of the stuff that caught my eye and figured some people might enjoy it as well! (Sorry if the pictures aren’t the best, t hey was so many bikes it was hard to take a good photo.)

Out of respect for the owner i’d rather not say where it’s located or the name for privacy reasons. The bikes are currently kept out of public eye and not many people know about them. It was the current owners fathers collection and he’s in the process of building an addition to his current building to display them so when that’s up and running i’ll be more than happy to share the location. I didn’t even ask but i’d say it safe to assume none of them are for sale.

A few years ago I was visiting a friend in Paradise Ca and his neighbor down the street HAD a hell of a collection of old mx bikes. These pictures remind me of that visit. I love the history. Good stuff, thanks for posting.
