OEM plastic kit, but I'm still not sure if I'm going to keep the choice I had at the beginning.

The rear number plates are the original ones, however they have to be cut a little bit, because subframe CRM carbon does not take up all the small fasteners(plastic) as Honda does.

I'll take some pictures (Shoot), the thing to know about this CRM subframe is that it's still heavier than the original rear subframe.

But CRM is made of one piece!

Competitive spirit!

When you know what everything needs to be assembled for OEM

The CRM CF set up is Heavier than the combination of parts it replaces?

That's a bit of a revelation.

I thought much of the reason for them was a useful weight reduction.

With my assumption that it's (very) well made, I guess you are left with a strength / rigidity benefit, and of course, the Woohoo Trickness Woohoo quotient it brings to things . Which, in and of itself, can be worth the expense.

You learn something every day, and every posting.

The engine has a decompressor to start it.
So I can choose the "kickstart" and gain some weight...

I would go with the CRF kick-start lever! it's about 100 grams/3.5oz lighter and offers better grip, especially under wet conditions.

The other kickarm is 250 with Ti HRC stuff, it's already lighter than the 500 but yes, the crf is even lighter.

First try, I set the milling at 90° incorrectly.
Otherwise it's all good!
I didn't have the parts anymore, the ones I have are for the cr 250

Double check that CR 250 version will work, some model years are a shallower piece and will not contact the bearing register

yes, that's exactly the point.

I used the 250 model only to find the opening angles of the part because for the dimension it is indeed too short and does not retain the bearing.

I was looking to recreate the specific version for cr 500.
The replica of the original honda (91012-KA5-690) Unavailable.

The cutting is done by laser however, I don't know if I keep the 15cdv6 or if I switch to Titanium.
