So, weight gain. (around 192gr)

Especially since I didn't put all the screws that hold the OEM mounted.

I'm slowly moving forward with the engine assembly with 139mm CWI rod.
Thank you Troy for that!
However, I will be using Andrew's crankcases for this (easier to re-machine).

Thank you, yes work on the basis of an RC500HRC exhaust to adapt it to the aluminum chassis. ( GSD CATIA V5)

And to be able to reedit it in Steel(0.8mm) and other exotic material...
I also look at the number of cones (45/54 cones????we'll see.).

If people are interested, I will not be against selling copies (They will be able to mounted on Steel and Aluminium frames).

For the cr500 exhaust and why not for the BRC in the future, work on IT is made easier by the situation.

Nice! I see you are using Catia for exhaust pipe 3D modelling. What Catia version are you using?

For all those who are looking for a capable person for your cr500 or for all those who do not know it yet.

I would recommend without hesitation among the good : "Adam Millar" aka "MRE" "Millar Race Engineering".

In addition to his skills, never stingy with tips and tricks and advice.

Many Thanks also "AJW"..... Ex "SH" and Now Built500.

Manufacture of a tool to install the bearings for the clutch control lever arm.

Thanks for the mention, necessity isn’t the mother of invention lol.

The relieved area on mine is so that these can also be installed after the crank, because it can happen haha.
