Going to be a warm one tomorrow. I’m excited and can’t wait to get there in the morning. Pretty nervous since I haven’t raced in a year, but definitely excited!!

Maybe "The 2-Stroke Cup" is better?

Nope I am fine with it. Easily the biggest two stroke race with the biggest purse world wide. Held in the epicenter of MX in Southern California. Only problem this year is it's difficult for any international riders to get there.

Biggest 2st race, really? (That's a serious question).

The EMX125 races are more of a World 2st Championship. Seeing as it is a series of races in different countries.

What an awesome race day. Long, hot, a lot of races but all 2strokes on a great track. Just an observation, during the national anthem, I did not see one person around the start area and grandstands take a knee. No politics, no protest movements, just a stellar sport with great people.

How’d your 2nd moto go ? You and Casey were riding great today !

Do you know who got hurt in the open pro 2nd moto ? It looked serious, right after the finish line with a few laps left. Saw some panicking going on and thought they were going to stop the race.

Saw the scramble but didn't hear any more. Casey went 5-3 for 4th, I went 3-2 for 2nd. Such a fun day, next year if you don't have a 2stroke, we will set you up.

I restored my dads old RM250 for this race. This was my first time at this event and the track was gnarly! Being in the last race of the day didn’t do me any favors though...

Did you have a good time? That is what makes the race so great. Take an old 2stroke, make it your own both cosmetically and mechanically

Track was absolutely brutal during the second motos and I was only race 6. I did everything I could to recover as best as I could after moto 1, but it wasn’t enough to actually charge in moto 2. I was thrashed after moto 1. Ended up 8th overall in my class. I had a goal of top 10, which I thought was a bit out of reach, but somehow I pulled it off.

It was an absolute blast and I’m paying for it today. Next year I won’t just be coming off the couch for this race 😂
