What irritates me about this is that someone complained. Someone actually got to a point where they complained to another person. It could have been an atheist offended by religion or it could have been religious person offended that a revered religious icon was being used to describe motorcyclin jumpdy doos.

Leave the names of things alone, the names are not derogatory in either case.

Was Larocco’s leap name changed because of PC reasons? Was that an impingement of free speech? Was that censorship?
Or do television producers sometimes just dumb down a sport too much for television?

I couldn’t give a toss about the name, I’m not religious, so certainly would not be offended.
I was pointing out that we don’t know why it was changed, and I think it’s pretty “Karen” to jump on an Internet forum to sook about something when no one knows why it was changed yet.
